The service, hospitality ,structure. But I found some beer bottles and trash on the floor when I was walking to the elevator. May be needs to be inspected nore often

There was nothing unique about this Hotel. Pros: Customer Service was great & clean rooms, food was fine. Cons: Nasty towels, very old, yellowish & shredded, I spoke to the cleaning lady and she told me she was going to bring me better towels, but they were the same, sadly. Shame on this Hotel for not having white, clean towels. I spoke to another guest and told me the same about the towels. The pillows were small. The windows were very dirty. Pool is very small, more like a jacuzzi. I won’t stay here again. I’ll go to Boca Del Río next time.

This hotel is a gem, the staff is super friendly, the facilities are new and very clean, the room has AC and a very comfortable bed, breakfast is delicious and room service very efficient and fast. The only detail is that it is a bit far from the center, but for that reason it is quieter and away from the noise and bustle. Taxis to the center are cheap though. TOTALLY worth it, 100% recommended.
