Quiet location inserted in a pinewood area, near the beach and golf (Aroeira Golf Resort) with two 18-hole courses. It has a private garden of 400m2, swimming pool and barbecue.
The house, the garden, the barbecue and the swimming pool is for private use of the guests.
The pool is usable between March and October.
Please do not smoke in the house, outside on the terraces or in the garden feel at ease, but pay attention to your health.
