The room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe. They welcome dogs of any size, no additional charge for 1 dog. There was an good amount of icy weather that came through. Ice stuck around both days we were there. Parking lot and sidewalks had no attention for the icy conditions, no salt/sand applied. Almost fell several times. We've stayed here several times and will stay again, but recommend at least an attempt to remedy the slippery conditions. I work in insurance and that is a claim that would likely get paid. Could be quite costly.

The room was clean. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work so I called front desk to ask if they had a spare. She replied that another room had the same problem so they have some on order but they haven’t arrived yet. A hair dryer is a basic amenity for a room. I bought one at Walmart for $11. Asked for a later check out and response was no way that could happen unless they charge more. Most hotels try to accommodate those types of requests. It was a Sunday and I’m sure they weren’t going to be booked up that night. Not the best experience.
