Appears that Wyndham made an acquisition for additional revenue stream but has not invested any funding into maintenance of property. Gym was closed due to a plumbing/flooding issue. 1st floor ice maker was inoperable. Bare bones room.

The hotel was not up to standards as far as the room was concerned the bathroom shower was dirty & the plug to the refrigerator was not even secured my husband had to ask for more toilet paper , the remote for the tv wouldn’t work. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hallway and room rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The whole building had a musy odor. Seemed like it had been flooded at some point. Bathroom floor and shower dirty. One word describes it, a dump.

Nothing like the pictures at all!! The “Blanket” on the bed was literally JUST a sheet. A thin sheet. Bathroom was nasty with holes in the ceiling and genuinely we got no sleep the entire night… we purchased this place because of the pictures we saw on Expedia…nothing like the pictures.

No smoking room had cigarette burns in the bedding. Repairs poorly done, parking lot holes & weeds. poor quality ( raggy) towels & bedding. Not very clean

We checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned. When returned to the front desk, apologized and gave us a new room. The room was clean and looked like it was redone fairly recent. The shower water was a little odd color, assuming rust from close road work. Mid night 2 other guest upset, yelling up and down hall way for a couple hours. Then pulled the fire alarm at 2am. The staff was not concerned nor engaged with the people having to leave and stand in parking lot at this time. So new keys needed to be made. I would have liked to see some concern for the people staying at this hotel. If it was a real emergency I would have been concerned for safety.
