This top floor, 2 Bedroom, 750 sqft condo is located in the quiet and exclusive community of Adventure Bay on the Lake. Large deck with unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan and surrounding mountains, and Vernon. The condo complex is on Lake Okanagan with the private community beach and large dock just steps away. Due to provincial Short-Term Rental restrictions, the condo is only available for stays of 90 days or longer generally from September to June with potential consideration for dates in July (early) and August (late). Great opportunity if you are transitioning residences or only want a place for off-season. Rent and services negotiable depending on rental period. Fully furnished for living; consumables and personal care items are not provided.
One designated parking stall is provided; visitor parking is provided. The community is non smoking.
