Enjoy a swim in the 20x50 pool. BBQ on a covered deck next to an outdoor fireplace. Compete on the Basket/Tennis/Pickleball court (court under renovation) or relax in over 3500sf of indoor living space.

Downstairs you'll find 2 Living areas, Kitchen & Dining, a Library, Kids Play Room, 1.5 Bathrooms and 1 Bedroom.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an extra room if needed for additional sleeping accommodations.

When it's finally time to go home we hope you won't want to leave!

The property was originally built in 1919 with the upstairs, porch, and pool added in 1940.

During World War II there was a Air Force base near Vernon and the owners allowed the property to be used as an R&R space for service members on rotation during the war.

The property has also been used as a bed and breakfast, a restaurant and salon.

I am working away from home for a time so we would like to extend this amazing place to stay to those who will appreciate all our home has to offer.

Perfect Property for our Purpose
We loved it! We were in Vernon for a family gathering and the house was perfect! It really exceeded our expectations! Had everything we needed. It’s old but updated beautifully! The kids loved the playroom. The adults loved the pickle ball court! Beds were comfy. It was wonderful!!

This house was really neat and spacious. Everything was well-kept and clean. Lots of things to do. Huge pool, basketball courts, and pickleball. Host was great at communicating and responding to any questions I had.
