Sabrina and Michel have set up a gîte on a hilly 15-hectare estate with woods and a first-class river.
Ground floor: Open kitchen opening onto the living room. 2 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (private shower/WC) for each bedroom. Heating with wood and oil boiler for the living room and kitchen, electric heating in the bedrooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer shared with the other gîtes. Private outdoor wooden dining table at the gîte. Barbecue. Playground, 2 table tennis tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (breach). Indoor heated swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4m; from 1.35m to 2m deep). Swimming pool protected by a glass room closed with a key available to adults (including a changing room). Gym. Sauna. Disc golf course, pétanque court.
Possibility to accommodate 2 people without supplement in bunk beds.

On request, possibility to rent with supplement an additional family room for 5 people. On site, 2 Gites: 12 people and 2 people. Bellenaves 10 km.

The advantages of the cottage: Cleaning included, note only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy otherwise 80€ cleaning fee will be requested at the end of the stay.

Sauna 1 session per day free and then the session at 15.00 euros.
Nordic bath: 50.00 euros / session. Information and reservations with the owners

Animals are allowed at a rate of 10€ per day and per animal. Beyond 3 days, the rate is 35€ per animal. (2 max) To be paid on site.

Only people with gym shoes will be allowed in the fitness room.
