Our third visit to Capt Hirams. Excellent room and friendly staff. Nice to go over to the Sandbar for a meal, drink and live music, with excellent views out over the Indian River. No doubt we'll be back again sometime.

nice beach resort with restaurants & bars nearby. Staff was welcoming and check in was easy. Struggled finding parking due to shared parking lot with the bars. Enjoyed the pool area. Room was spacious but the water pressure was very low.

We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were - we slept wonderfully and will definitely be back. All the staff were friendly from check-in to all the wait staff were wonderful and friendly as well.

The property is well located, well appointed and comfortable. Overall it was a very good stay. There was an issue with the first room I was assigned, and I requested a different room. I was assigned another (albeit smaller) room, however, at no time did the hotel staff offer any apology for the first room's issue.

It was a very brief stay for us. We were NOT offered the VIP amenity. Unfortunately we did not have an opportunity to eat at the restaurant. But it looked nice. The room was very damp even with the AC on the dry setting. Room & bathroom were both clean.
