It was a quiet location, away from the tourist resorts. Clean, spacious rooms. Walking distance of Squid Lips and other dining options. Beautiful grounds. Affordable. Would definitely stay again!

Family of 4 that stayed for 2 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic and we could walk to many restaurants. Kyle helped us with whatever we needed quickly- extra towels, kayaks, etc... We highly recommend and will return!

Faboulus as we have been coming here for years! Its a super mellow and relaxed atmosphere so dont expect a party but you can easily walk to captain hirams and earls to have a drink or 10!

Kyle was very friendly & helpful since we were late arriving. Our room was super clean & the Inn was very quiet & comfortable. We will definitely be back & highly recommend Davis House Inn. Our only suggestion would be there needs to be a door of some type going into the sink area to prevent the lights bothering those who may still be sleeping. Other than that, this place was great!

Kyle was amazing - very accommodating! Adorable room with an amazing view. The nearby restaurants and bars made for fun days and nights out. We would definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about our visit.

Very quiet little place to stay, great location and very clean! The staff we did see were very polite but the office was never open during our stay. While we had no issues during our stay, I could see there being a problem getting ahold of someone if there was. Absolutely would stay here again!

View from our second floor of the intercoastal was fabulous! The Inn was very quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. Ownership might want to purchase some new bath towels but all linens were very clean.
