It was excellent! Samantha was so friendly and helpful . She made check in easy and suggested places to eat. She gave the pups treats and some loving :). The rooms were comfortable and clean. A great stay

The person at check-in looked like a garage attendant in bedroom slippers. He gave me a key, pointed me to the elevator and said "the information is with the key." The door between the rooms allow the next rooms TV to be heard loud and clear. The check-out was great. Done professionally.

The hotel is being renovated. So everything is new. The walls are very thin and I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors said and did. Was annoying!

It was a Hilton property in not in very good shape. They were doing their best to recondition the property, but very low standard. Very nice people, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff
We had to find a hotel after we lost power for almost a week, due to Hurricane Milton. We also had our three fur babies who had to come with us. I called the Hampton Inn when I saw they had pet friendly rooms. I spoke with Samantha who was absolutely lovely. She was so helpful and kind. Once we checked in the next day, that kindness continued with Madison, who helped us check in, and was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the property is clean, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They seem to be upgrading their rooms. The hotel breakfast wasn't anything exceptional but that is my only criticism.

It was close to where we had our convention which made it easy. The room however, had a strong bad smell. After an hour I went down stairs and spoke with the front desk who was nice enough to allow me to check other rooms . I was at 416. It had a powerful dog smell . I was told the 4th floor had been renovated recently, the hallway had a weird smell. I moved to the 2nd floor and that was a lot better. I was finally able to sleep. Breakfast was descent for being included . It had a variety of juice, coffee , cereals, fruit, breads and some hot items

Closer to perfect than most!
Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Property was clean. Hot breakfast buffet was a treat. Wouid give most everything 5 stars. It should be noted that after a good rain, the street recommended by Google Maps, has deep water standing. Property can be accesed from a different side, where water is more like puddles. I reserved a handicapped room. The portable shower seat was broken, but that was not noticeable, until i laid my hand on it for balance and one leg totally collapsed, causing a nasty fall on cold, hard tile. I reported and I feel sure that problem has been rectified. I recommend testing such things just to be safe. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
