Would not accommodate us for an after midnight booking. Was told only Expedia could amend reservation. Was charged the full amount despite reaching out to Expedia and the property within one hour of booking at 1 AM.

I actually put the wrong dates in for my reservation, instead of putting November 27 I put November 26 and now my card was charged. I will not be in Florida until November 27 so I lost 113 dollars which I’m very unhappy about. I didn’t stay

I have stayed here twice this month ..a couple of weeks apart. I do not understand why there has been no effort to fix the ceiling tiles in the lounge area, and no effort to repair the breakfast area. Last time I stayed i booked two rooms and did not get my deposit back My youngest son got married and i had other relatives stay. This location is convenient to visit my son and i would return in a couple of months but not when i feel.like the hotel is pocketing a deposit for no reason given. There are other hotels nearby. The rooms were comfy and clean ..there should be a better policy for returning a deposit.

It started off on the wrong foot when I wasn't told until I checked in that they're nice, hot breakfast was not being served during my stay. There was some renovation in the kitchen area and we settled for basically a continental breakfast and microwaveable sandwich. That was disappointing. Gross everything else was nice, Modern rooms, nice pool area. But I did not appreciate when a housekeeper walked in on me without knocking or announcing yourself. Luckily I was clothed and just watching TV

The hotel wasn’t terrible but I believe they’re undergoing renovations which was not shared before booking. The condition of the room was okay but veryyyyy humid our clothes, carpet and bed were very damp and had a little odor. The condition of the hotel wasn’t the best there were blocked off areas in the lobby, hot breakfast was not available (but they did accommodate the guests by supplying some quick grab breakfast which was appreciated), but I feel the condition of the hotel should have been communicated especially when guests are paying over $100/night to stay there.
