Great location, fabulous staff, exceptionally clean room, spacious, and beautiful view. The only reason this property isn't a 5 star is the public areas are showing their age and the bathroom ensuite is dated.

I travel for work often, and this was the worst rental I’ve had in a long time. The cleanliness was “ok”, but the walls were THIN. All night i was being woken up by the smell of marijuana and could hear everything.....….. It felt like it was a motel . Do not take your family. You’ve been warned

Hard to fully give a correct grade on our stay due to Hurricane Milto .At one point we lost electric, therefore no elevator (we were on 4th. Floor. No tv for a time so not their fault.

During Hurricane Milton, we wound up having a leak in our ceiling and probably related to the AC unit in the room above us. The building is outdated. The cleaning crew doesnt wash the floors and had to ask for extra towels to stand on in the bathroom. Although we booked since we were trying to stay safe as the storm hit our area on the west coast, the staff needs to step up their game with better cleaning ethic for all rooms.

Nice for the Half Hutchinson island marathon
Had a 3 day..2 night stay. We were there for the hal marathon Hutchinson island. The half passes right in front of the hotel. Checking was excellent and very friendly service staff. The free bkft was totality outstanding. Clean and out of this world waffles that you can make yourself...ill miss that the most! Our room had hard floor..no carpet..which made.it very clean.beds comfortable. The carpet in the hallway needs updating...but the staff was amazing and very accomadating.

The hotel overall was nice . Has a little bit of everything all in one place . My only issue is that we booked 4 rooms for a birthday and another guest and a member of the staff , guest complained we were to loud as we sung happy birthday ( at 8:30 pm) and had a portable speaker playing music that was not loud at all. The staff member came over told us that we had a complaint to turn the music down rudely which we did and that if we get another complaint we were getting kicked off the property . Just adding that there was a live band playing two buildings down that was way louder then that we were playing.

Hotel is located in a nice area with ample parking and a nice dock, a little sandy area and an outdoor pool. Fishing dock is supposed to be private, but several people just parked and walked over. So while the hotel seemed to be fairly empty, there were a decent amount of people hanging out at the dock fishing and several people swimming. I can't confirm for sure, but I suspect it would be less people if the "private" part were enforced. We were given wrist bands, but no one was checking those. The building it's self is older, but decent, except for our specific room. It was damp and musty in our room, and the smell, at first we just thought it was because it was humid in the room and the A/C was not on, but after checking the A/C and letting it run for a while, it still had an odd smell in the room. We were only there for one night and exhausted, so we did not complain. The bed seemed clean enough and that's all we really needed. Maybe it was just our room, we weren't there long enough to find out. The front desk staff was nice enough, so I'm sure they would have moved us had we asked, but based on the condition of the rest of the hotel, I didn't feel it was worth the hassle.

The water view was beautiful. All of the staff was accommodating and the breakfast was great! The location has so many options for dining and beaches! The only negative was the marijuana smell throughout the hotel!
