This place is an absolute joke. Upon arriving, the woman working at the front told me that shes gonna look for me to see if they have a room available when i already booked a room, she pulls out a crumpled piece of paper. She assigned us a room and when we drove around the door was WIDE OPEN. Went back to office and she said house keeping must have left it open and she will meet us in room. Go back to room a guy walks into the room and we asked him if it was his room. He says yes and that checking in was misery the day before. Manager comes around RIDING ON THE SIDE OF AN SUV of someone that doesn't work there. People outside doing drugs. Cat was in another room. We told her we arent staying here and left immediately. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We booked the room because we had to evacuate from our home due to a hurricane. The first room offered smelled like urine. The second room had an overpowering chemical smell. Later in the night we discovered why. About an hour after turning off the lights my wife felt something crawling on her. When we turned the lights back on, we found multiple German roaches crawling in and around the bed. We immediately packed our things to leave. When I spoke to the night attendant at the desk and asked for a refund, I was told that we needed to make that request with Expedia. I went to their online chat a day or two later and got an excellent tech named Swinhil who helped me get a refund for four of the five days we had booked. The motel refused to give a full refund. I will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again.

We stayed 1 night. We were so tired and no vacancy elsewhere. Next day we left because of the cockroaches. We stayed at the Sleep Inn less than a mile away. They were very clean and no cockroaches. We had to pay much more but worth it.

Well, at first I had booked a room with no stairs and I was told by the colored female, manager that they give out rooms. By the way people get here not by the way they’re booked then I finally did get a room that did not have stairs. The key lock was screwed up. I had problems getting into the room. There was no refrigerator no microwave no TV no telephone just about inch and a half thick mattress a toilet in the shower in the room and when I went to the office to ask about a TV, the white female manager told me just be glad I have a roof over my head or find someplace else so I found someplace else. I will never book another hotel through hotels.com or with super eight.

This motel was very poor. The room was dirty. To flush the toilet you had to get water from bathtub faucet to put in tank of toilet to be able to flush it. Room smelled strongly of mildew. No non smoking area. Would never recommend for anyone to stay there.

we had to evacuate the recent hurricane and this was the only motel we could find that had availability and would take pets. Most of the staff was pleasant except for one person who was incredible rude and sour faced. The flooring was loose in the room that we had, the door did not shut properly. The bathtub was dirty and the ac vent in the bathroom has all kinds of grime. We are both disabled and navigating the loose flooring was very difficult.

I don’t think the floor had ever been washed. When I threw a wet towel on the floor, then picked it up, it was black with dirt. There were bugs everywhere crawling on me while I slept. The A/C didn’t work, and tv channels were limited. $200 for room like that is ridiculous, should have only been $10/night. What filth!

There was hair on the mirror, and I don't think it was growing there! Bed was fine, and clean. Bath had broken tiles, and door had been jimmied. The young lady (who did a good job) told me the door lock could not be opened, and they had to jimmy it open. Tried to use three different electronic keys, but none worked.
