When I opened the door to the room and looked into the bathroom, the toilet seat was up, and mold was visible under the ring. There was a plastic pipe that ran the length of the room, from the door the sliding glass window that cannot be up to code. There were stains on the wall, and the windowshade. The room was stuffy, and the bed was too far from the AC unit to be comfortable. The lamps did not have a plugin to charge my phone, which I needed for my alarm the next morning. Overall, the room was old, dirty, outdated, and needs a DEEP CLEANING.

The hotel is in a great location for dining and beaches, etc. My problem was, I was there for 10 days, and after 5 days I ask for fresh towels , and toilet paper, etc. Had to ask several times and ended up getting them from front desk. So house keeping was poor. They never serviced my room as promised.

Trash cans overflowing. Housekeeping missed our room for 2 days. Rusty tissue holder in bathroom. Very dated chair. Patio door did ot open. Air conditioner unit was loud, sounded like a trash compactor. Will not return.

Not much to like. We were at this hotel for 4 nights. We had stayed at this hotel this past July wasnt like it was this time. First room we were in had plumbing issues and the beds were horrible. They switched us into another room the second night beds were better but the room quality was poor. Blood on the ceiling, burn marks on the lamp shades. The smell of pot all 4 nights was horrible. hared to sleep with the smell even tried putting a towel under the door to the room. Heard the front desk tell another person there was nothing that they could do about it. This other person checked out early do to the smell and poor quality of the rooms. We will never stay there again. Which is a shame cause we travel to that area at least once a year or more.
