Had a nightmare with self check in. And with the language barrier and being a Sunday I could not receive any helpful guidance. I had done a pre check in on line. When at property I input my name as on passport and it says I have no reservation I input my shortened name and screen with name and a red x and red check in incomplete. After 2 hours with no help from Hotel an Italian couple try to check in and they struggled. Finally the lady tried touching the red check incomplete and the check in process started. A simple Email or text would have saved me two hours. They even said this crazy. Hotel might rethink there special instructions. Hotel was nice and convenient

Nice property, view was cute, felt safe there, clean. Unfortunately there were no blankets on bed, just sheets. Also no kettle or coffee machine, was hard for me since I needed hot water for the tea and it was no way to get it. Good stay for the budget. Liked it.

Fantastic location, key entry more challenging that it needed to be, do read the instructions and have Whattsapp with a connection, room clean and very spacious, no coffee or fridge, A/C struggles , great shower - possible use again

Great room only option right next to old town. Coffee, shopping and dining within 200m. Great place for the price. However NO amenities, coffee maker, hot pot, not even glasses for a drink. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place in a nice city

A little bit small. There was a self check in machine that did not work, but someone responded to us almost immediately and was able to get us checked in. The room was nice with a shared kitchen space.

This hotel is not for everyone. I found check-in difficult and frustrating but for some fine. There is 0 interaction with a living person at any time you're there. So know what your getting in to and hope you don't have any problems. The location is great and the room was bare minimum but clean and adequate. Walls are very thin so you hear everything around you. I had difficulty getting a cab to catch a train and in the stress left a bag with possesions in room. Submitted request for info on situation twice and have heard nothing back. I tried to call a person on their help line but reached a person clearly at home who couldn't understand me (only English speaking) and I couldn't understand him (only Italian speaking). His approach was to say no help and hang up. I would like follow-up because if there is a way to get my package I'd be very happy but don't hold much hope to hear back.

The self check in was okay. Not very good instructions after as to where to go with the QR code and how to use to collect the key and how to get into the building. No instructions as to what keys open what and found it very difficult to unlock and lock the room door. We left our keys in the room as there were no instructions as to where to place them at check out.

Mold in bathroom

Very disappointing, bathroom was disgusting, full of mold on the shower walls and outside, toilet seat was no adjusted, they only left 1 toilet paper roll for a 3 night stay of a family of 4 and not replacement, and a very tiny trash can which it got full on first day, moldy smell in the whole room which gave me a headache during the whole stay, uncomfortable beds, the only good thing about is that location is great. There is nobody to greet you and after doing a online checking a day before you still have to do it again once you arrive to the property.

Unconfortable night

uncomfortable night, There was lack of a warm duvet and the heating system was very outdated and noisy, it felt like a jet engine starting and i could not sleep because of it. I would not recomend this place at least in the winter.

Be aware that at this property is very late check in at 3pm and early check out at 10am and there’s no way to check in earlier or our later. That caused us quite a bit of inconvenience. The room where we stayed looked lovely but no use of it, literally everything was uncomfortable. To get to the bathroom needed to across a shared corridor with the other room. The bathroom is totally disaster as the shower was dreadfully spreading water everywhere flooding the floor with water. The place certainly needs some practical improvements especially considering the price for a night. Id recommend to look around before to book this one. It was tidy though.
