DENEB 19 is the star that will give light and warmth to your stay, allowing you to discover the true taste of Verona, through a house from the romantic and simple style, modern for its functionality, Provençal for the choice of furnishings.
In the heart of Verona, in via Stella, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, a step away from Juliet's house and Piazza Erbe, DENEB 19 will guarantee you a stay as a guest and not as tourists.

Entering DENEB 19, the comfort is guaranteed by the choice of the furnishings in the Provencal style and modern alike. The ceiling with original exposed beams and design make it even more welcoming home. In LIVING houses a large white table with chairs. A comfortable modern sofa light color that becomes a practical sofa bed, a square and a half. The large flat-screen TV with satellite channels on the wall opposite the sofa.
THE KITCHEN.
With typical country style, it is furnished with features, complete with every appliance necessary, for example, the dishwasher, the microwave, toaster and kettle.
ROOM.
The bedroom is the most typical Provence place in the house. With a romantic and comfortable wrought iron bed covered with soft and ergonomic pillows and top quality linen. Front a large wardrobe in pastel colors that perfectly matches the two bedside tables. Here too we find the ceiling with exposed beams which makes the romantic and refined atmosphere. The large balcony offers a balcony overlooking the street Stella, with a small balcony complete with table and two chairs.
THE BATHROOM.
Comfortable and functional, with pastel colors that blend perfectly with the style of the house. The shower offers moments of complete relaxation thanks to a shower head with LED lights hot. You will be pampered by every little detail as soft bathrobes and top quality towels. In addition, the washing machine is housed in a small niche dell'antibagno, along with all the extras you need like clothes horse, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The whole house is furnished with new furniture and original carpets. In summer, the split for air conditioning ensure an ideal climate. In winter, the spacious modern radiators offer for any environment the warmth that you will like the most thanks to central heating controlled by a thermostat.

Bien pour un court séjour
L’appartement est propre et très bien situé mais l’équipement est insuffisant, notamment la vaisselle. Et surtout nous avons été très contrariés que la propriétaire nous demande 20 € par jour pour le chien la veille de notre arrivée alors que ce n’était pas mentionné sur l’annonce ni au moment de la réservation. Nous avons refusé ce règlement.

Creatively done apartment right on Via Stella. Very clean and comfortable. Elevator in building, but stairs are there if you want the exercise. There is great restaurant in the building.

Location! Location! Location! We could not have asked for a better location. We were inside the historical town within a 2-10 minute walk from Casa Julieta, the arena, beautiful streets, Ponte Pietra, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a home away from home. We loved having the washing machine. The owner, Lucia, was a dream. You could contact her with all your questions. We used WhatsApp to communicate and she got back to us right away. She helped us with train reservations and was always suggesting restaurants and making reservations for us. As much as we loved Verona, we loved Lucia more.

wir haben unseren 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnng sehr genossen. Sauberkeit,ein bequemes Bett, im ganzen eine gute Ausstattung und die 1A Lage sorgten für einen perfekten Urlaub. Leider war die Spülmaschiene und das Bügeleisen defekt, was sich bestimmt schnell beheben läßt. Die Gastgeberin Lucia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren und Fragen stellen.

It was fantastic meeting our host and getting such a welcome. She was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. She gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. She took the time to help us out on every occasion. We also enjoyed her very comfortable apartment, which is in the most convenient location. If you are in Verona, you must stay in the heart of the city.

FANTASTIC!!
Lucia's apartment is lovely! It is squeaky clean and in the best area of Verona! It is literally a two minute walk to the Arena and in the center of the wonderful "Citta vecchia". It was quiet and super sunny, though you can close the shutters to make it totally dark for sleeping as well if you wish". We had a perfect stay!! (The apartment is much nicer than the photos depict). Lucia is without a doubt a "Super Host". She is friendly, knowledgable, available and communicative. She helped us with everything, even after we left! I highly recommend her property for an authentic and wonderfully supported Verona stay! We will definitely return!

Our stay at Lucia’s lovely apartment was fantastic. It was clean and new and had everything we needed. Lucia was a wonderful host and so helpful in passing on info about things to see and do while in Verona. The apartment’s location is perfect for exploring the town. The restaurant below, Symposio is wonderful. Marco took great care of us. If you’re planning a trip to Verona, we would strongly suggest you consider this charming apartment.

This is am amazing property. Perfect location, lots of room and fully equipped. Lucia was the perfect host and helped set up many reservations and have perfect input to our Verona adventure. Can’t wait to go back next year.

From the greeting that Lucia personally gave us to settle us into the apartment to the three days that we spent in the apartment, we were very happy and satisfied. Lucia has done a great job in providing all that was needed for a perfect vacation. The personal touches of Prosecco, cake, and special candies were very much appreciated. This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony with table and chairs was very lovely and we used it several times each day. A Wonderful Dream
Our host Lucia greeted us to this fabulous couples retreat in the heart of the old town of Verona. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail in her decorating of the property was wonderful. The major attractions of Verona old city were within easy walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the location and Verona itself. Casa molto accogliente ,pulita e ordinata con tutto ciò che può far piacere all'arrivo.
Il mio soggiorno a Verona ,se pur breve è stato molto gratificante . Siamo arrivati nella casa di Lucia che ci ha accolti come fa una vera padrona di casa . Ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio e il calore di questa casina piccola ,ma con soffitti altissimi , l'abbiamo sentita un pò come fosse casa nostra da subito. Sicuramente tornerò con mio marito a Verona perché è una città splendida e grazie a Lucia, che l'ha resa ancorati più accogliente.

We stayed here in July. Apartment is perfect for a couple and a great location. Very quiet at night but right in the heart of the old part of the city and close to great restaurants, shops etc. Lucia and her husband were fantastic hosts making us feel very welcome and even making hotel reservations for us. Would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent stay!
