The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a ping-pong table, Russian bowling game and darts. There is also a place here with garden furniture and the possibility of grilling. At the back of the house there is a nice terrace with garden furniture, parasols and a play area for children. The house is easily accessible all year round and in the winter months the access road is very well maintained. Parking is available on a private lot. The house is an excellent starting point for an active or relaxing holiday, thus you can choose the ideal option for you. You will find extensive opportunities for cycling, hiking, mountain hiking and climbing on marked trails, horseback riding, swimming, fishing and golf. The winter sports enthusiasts are not short of options here either. Besides unlimited possibilities for cross-country skiing, there are also several ski resorts. The closest is in Aldrov (6 km) with four runs, 4 persons ski lifts, ski school, ski rental, snack bars and night skiing. This resort is ideal for families with children, beginners and advanced skiers. The larger and better-known ski resorts are in Benecko (10 km), Horni Misecky (14.5 km), Rokytnice nad Jizerou (15 km) or in Spindleruv Mlyn (25 km). In all these cities you can also find perfect shopping facilities, opportunities for excursions or for visiting cultural attractions.

The layout of the house is as follows:On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and fireplace, a spacious dining area with wooden benches and a table, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils. This floor also has a quadruple bedroom with two double beds, a small basement with a foosball table, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a boiler room and a storage room for food.The first floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and sink, along with a separate WC. On this same floor, guests can enjoy a games room/gym equipped with three exercise machines and a table with chairs.The house is equipped with two TVs with satellite connection, a radio, Wi-Fi internet, and a cot. The central heating system operates on heating oil.

Energy costs are included; however, you must pay for the use of fuel oil. During the winter season, this amounts to approximately €120 - €160 per week of accommodation, and during other times, when it is used only for heating water, it is approximately €25 per week of accommodation. This will be settled at the end of your stay.The city tax is €0.50 per person.A deposit of €150 is payable upon arrival.
