Apartment, 2nd floor with elevator in a superb building classified Art Deco, comprising two large rooms, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a living room with a sofa, a 140x190 bed, a dining area (table and four chairs), a kitchen fully equipped open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). Free WIFI.
Ideal for two or four people. The apartment has just been refurbished in 2019, the beds are new. It is ideally located in the opera district, a favorite area for visitors, next to the convention center. Although being in the city center (no need for the car), it is very quiet as it does not face the street.
It is next to restaurants, shops, thermal baths, parks and the banks of the Allier in the most architecturally remarkable part of the city.
Easy and quick access by car to go to CREPS or the sports center.
Street parking is free.
Household linen (bed linen, bath sheets, tea towels) is provided free of charge for the duration of the stay.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Vichy
Le logement est très spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, le petit lave-vaisselle est très pratique. Donatien est très ponctuel, très sympathique, serviable, (merci pour mon problème de clé de voiture...). Le parking gratuit juste derrière l'immeuble est très pratique. Toutes les visites se font a pied, à 2 pas des commerces, de l'opéra, du casino, de l'office de tourisme...bel emplacement à réserver sans hésitations ! Jai pu visiter sans avoir à reprendre ma voiture de tout le séjour.

Un appartement dans un immeuble art déco très atypique, ancien hôtel, il offre des la porte franchie une vue exceptionnelle sur une entrée très prestigieuse digne d une entrée de salle d opéra. Un grand appartement au plancher tout de bois, des fournitures de très bonnes factures(draps, serviettes), déco épurée et efficace. Très bien situé près de l Allier et jamais très éloigné du centre ville. A retourner sans, aucun doute et sur une durée plus longue si tarif dégressif 😏. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillants et avenants.
