The hotel is ideally located right off the Interstate and several dining options within a quick walk , Kroger is next door as well. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were fairly clean , but the stairwell and entry way was filthy ! Smelled of urine and stale beer . I think a good cleaning would help this place and improve its rating!
When I got there to check in. It took 20-30 minutes before a receptionist came to check me in. After I got the key, it wouldn’t work, then had to go back and get another one. Once I got in the room, I put my belongings in the drawer and left out to hang out with a friend. I looked for a do not disturb sign to go on the door but it wasn’t one. A few hours later made it back to the room. Swiped my key and someone else was occupying the room. They had booked the room with another couple. I never stayed in the room and the manager wouldn’t talk to me on the phone and I still haven’t got a call back about refunding my money from anybody. And another thing soon as I walked in the Hotel, it smelled like weed smoke from the start. The whole experience was terrible. I will advice anyone not to book with them
This was the 2nd stay within 10 days and it was gross. They gave me a room on the first floor and I was trying to get in the room and then someone came to the door. Room was already taken. Went back to the front desk clerk and she gave me another room. I asked for the 1st floor (like I had 10 days prior) but none were available. As soon as I walked into the room there was a horrible smell. Musty and weird. Just really bad. The lamp bases were all rusted. Bathtub was moldy. I was so tired that I sprayed perfume all over the room and slept in my clothes, woke up and took a shower and left at the crack of dawn. To top things off (both stays), no breakfast as advertised. Not that I would have even eaten there but take it off your website. The elevator was filthy as was most of the hotel. Never again.

No breakfast as advertised. The room was ok. But the noise was ridiculous. Stayed on first floor and there was a kid screaming and playing in the hallway and management did nothing. Unfortunately I booked the same hotel coming back in 10 days so we will see if is better.

This hotel appears to be in financial trouble. As you enter the highly finger printed sliding glass doors covered with scotch tape remnants , you're greeted with a rather empty lobby with a few chairs and no appeal. The two women running the desk were plesant but one was terrified of dogs in what was presented to us online as a"dog friendly"hotel. She told us her manager would be mad at her because of them.
Our room was dirty. We had to ask them to vacuum the stained carpet in our room after picking up trash on the floor. The bedspread was also stained. One had the sense of filth.
We stayed because my husband has back issues and after traveling for 9 hours, needed to rest.
We also noticed the smoke detector lacked a battery and the hallway was not clean or recently vacuumed. The end of the hallway had a hole in the wall and our air conditioner sounded like a washing machine. The coke machine next to the ice maker had a couple of bottles of fruit punch and bottled water, but no soft drinks.Perhaps this is a poor side of town.
No families appeared to stay here, just men roaming about the premises. It really lacked a sense of safely.

Something is wrong in management here. There was some sort of party going on. The desk person had to ask someone else which room was clean, and when I opened the door clothes were all over the floor. When I reported that the room was not clean, they could not tell me if they had another room that was clean! Another family warned us away as they also weren’t going to stay.
I didn’t sleep there , had 2 rooms reserved …. When I tried to check in , they didn’t have rooms available …. But I was charged for the rooms and having trouble getting my money Back…. I had to drive another hour and sleep somewhere else

Having party in conference room no staff at front desk and smelled of marijuana horribly
Being a Red Roof I wasn’t expecting a five-star experience. However this hotel even fell short of my low expectations. The front desk clerk was unfamiliar with the reservation system, the grounds of the hotel was covered with trash, the hallway to my room was dirty, they advertised a free breakfast which was not available. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was good about bringing towels and incidentals. The last night we were there, it rained and the ceiling leaked a good amount. We were on the second floor of a three-story building. There was no breakfast as advertised and when I went to checkout, there was no one at the desk (I waited several minutes and called for someone several times.) I wound up having to give my key to the housekeeper in the laundry room and leaving a note at the front desk.
This hotel was absolutely filthy. Granted they’ve been doing renovations, but that’s been going on for over a year. The lobby reeked of marijuana, the clerk was extremely rude. She gave us our room keys which didn’t work. I went back to have the key reprogrammed, returned to the room, and someone was already in the room. There were room trash cans (with trash in them) lining the hallways outside each room on the floor, and the elevator walls were smeared with god knows what. It was so bad that we actually ate the cost of the room and booked at another location.
