The coastal view was very good but the rest was average. We didn't get the room that we booked (common problem apparently) and neither Expedia nor the Bluff seemed to care. Of course it cost extra. Staff service was non-existent, and the accommodation was a bit remote out of Victor Harbor. Messy roadworks made for a disappointing stay. I won't be back.

The actual room itself was very nice. We paid for a room with "no view". We weren't expecting to be looking at a brick wall. We tried to find somewhere else on the property to sit outdoors and enjoy the beautiful weather. The only outdoor area to sit was the pool area, which was only open bw 9am and 5pm, when most people are out exploring. I found the photos on the booking site to be quite misleading compared to our actual experience.

Fantastic room, view was exceptional Very spacious,quiet and easy drive into town. A fitting place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend this venue. .

The views are equal to the best in the world. Our top floor ocean view apartment was excellent. Being seniors we were concerned about the stairs and packed lightly. But relaxing in the spa took away any aches & pains. On arrival we were greeted with tea & coffee Sachets with fresh milk & biscuits. Loved the spacious layout including kitchenette, beautifully fully decorated with lots of comfy cushions & pops of colour. Relaxing on the balcony drinking in the view was our favourite space. The balcony was sheltered from the wind with lots of sun. We booked in an extra night and will look forward to our next stay. Debbie & Paul

Loved how accomodating the staff was. She was able to squeeze us in the extra night that myself had mentioned in the last minute and matched the price of the first night. She was absolutely lovely. Amazing view. Beautiful setup and design of the apartment suites. Clean. All the amenities. The best for what we paid. Definitely coming back again.

Overall excellent, but the bed was old, a bit grubby and squeaky - it needs replaced. Also, the blankets are same - old, tired and had lots of hair on them - really poor. However, apartment and facilities - those issues aside - were great.
