Beautiful 450 square foot top floor studio/bachelor guesthouse oasis nestled on a quiet four acres surrounded by a picturesque forest. Surrounded by old growth trees and serenity, it is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Close to trails, mountain biking and shopping yet only a 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria, 15 minutes away from the iconic Butchart Gardens and less than ten minutes from Bear Mountain Golf Course.

Includes your own private green space with a gazebo. From April to October there is comfy patio furniture and a firepit under romantic lights. BBQ is provided year-round. End the evening relaxing in Adirondack chairs on the private hilltop while watching the sunset. The premium quality mattress on the queen bed provides an amazing night's sleep; this mattress is the model used in most high-end hotels.

Nicely equipped kitchen with essentials to satisfy your culinary needs. Relax with a cup of coffee or espresso made fresh from the Nespresso coffeemaker. Pantry items include olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, some seasonings, sugar, tea and coffee. In the fridge you will find cream supplied for your morning coffee.

Alarm clock has a USB slot to charge your electronics, you will also find several more USB outlets throughout the suite.

Please note this is a non-smoking property inside and out. No parties. Quiet time at 10pm. The property is not wheelchair accessible; stairs and a driveway. Please note this is a studio space.

Sleeps up to four (two adults, two children max) - families welcome. No pets.

Great Wilderness Oasis
The property was excellent. In clean condition and lots of extra things like coffee and tea that were nice to have. The road coming up the property that the GPS chose was pretty scary and I was worried that was our main route. However, we only used that going to and from the ferry terminal. We lost power within about 2 hours of being there due to a windstorm and they brought us battery operated candles and a flashlight. We also thought the propane was out in the fireplace and they quickly looked at it and showed us how to properly turn it on. Message response time was excellent and overall it was an excellent place to stay on our vacation.

Beautiful Oasis, Not for from town!
I really enjoyed my stay at this property, it was quiet and relaxing, and all the amenities and more were provided. It felt like home away from home. Thank you so much to Bonnie and Greg for such a great experience! Will definitely recommend to friends/family.
