Come relax in our brand new, fully custom, owner-built home! Thoughtfully designed, our home has been purpose-built to provide you with a truly unique boutique hotel experience, while complying with all local and provincial regulations. Conveniently located, our home is on the closest residential block to the downtown core and has frequent transit service right out front. You can easily walk to numerous amazing restaurants and every other attraction downtown Victoria has to offer.

The Space
Your space is fitted with luxury furnishings including heated granite floors in every room, recording studio grade soundproofing, a private bedroom large enough to unwind and lounge in, and a spa-like ensuite bath featuring a rainfall shower and wall jets. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck space complete with BBQ and comfortable lounge furniture, a fully equipped laundry room, and sink and countertop with coffee/tea station.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It was terrific. We rented bicycles, and took the bus from the airport. All good. We even got a portable A/C unit for the room the last evening. Just a hair noisy when the window is open. For the price I would recommend it.

A great home away from home.
We really enjoyed our stay in Victoria, it was super nice to be able to park the car and walk the entire time we were in town. There are a lot of great eateries around and our hosts were super personable and accommodating. Thank-you Deanna and Brent for all the little touches in making us feel welcome and we look forward to staying here again.

Excellent stay in Victoria
We enjoyed our comfortable accommodations in Victoria. The room is larger than what is shown in the picture. The common area for the 2 units is very functional and well stocked. Digital locks on both units and the outside entrance into the space made us feel secure. We never had any problems parking our vehicle in front of the house. Everything is new, modern and clean.

Deanna and Brent were incredible organized and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was an easy 15 minute walk downtown. The sound proofing was great and I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Victoria!
