PRIVACY IS FOUND HERE!
You will be left alone! The first floor level is dedicated for guests use. Book with us and you will be the only party staying here; no one else will be sharing any of your space. We guarantee you will not be bothered by anyone.

This bed and breakfast accommodation is quite large. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the 3rd, a king. Our place is meant to accommodate six, however, ONLY if requested, we can supply another bed, a double size. There are two full size bathrooms. One has full size laundry machines, and a clawfootless tub with a sshower. The 2nd bathroom has a very large customer shower in it approximately 4 ft by 4 ft. We have ample hot water supply.
The computer workstation and desk are position directly below the modem, providing strong internet.
Silence is golden. The building is incredibly well soundproofed between the two floor levels but additionally, all of the interior walls within the bed and breakfast unit are also soundproofed so, each room is soundproofed from any neighboringrooms. This is a quiet, highly functional bed and breakfast. We've put a lot of effort into making it like this so it can be enjoyed.

Breakfast service is non-intrusive. We deliver breakfast provisions outside your private entrance and text you a minute or two after leaving them there.
Walking distance to University of Victoria (15min) and 7 minutes walk to the local Rec center, with gym and swimming pools. Five minutes drive to restaurants and shopping and 4 places nearby to golf.

Stay here! You won’t regret it!
We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful place for 19 days. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and light. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We really can’t fault the place! The location is quiet, with ample parking, close to some great restaurants and easy driving to downtown. As a family I thoroughly recommend this place. There’s even a play structure in the fenced backyard. This would also be ideal for friends or couples travelling together.The hosts are warm and welcoming and provided many delicious treats and were always available for any questions.There may be other places that are closer to downtown but if you have a vehicle or want to Uber, you’d do well to stay here. Honestly, stop scrolling and just book it! You will not regret it.
