Arrived at 3 for designated check in was told not ready with no ETA and was unable to check in till 5 with medicine that i had to put in fridge that was going bad the people above us were jumping for ahours during 12 to 2 am contacted feont deak but seem unresolved left earky for hurricane

We reserved a 2 Queen Bed Suite & after checking in, it was a 2 Bed Queen. The hotel called me earlier that day to see if I could change my room cause they over booked & I said no because I got that room specifically for the amount of people we had. They obviously didn’t care, they still placed us in a room we didn’t fit in. The sheets were not clean, there was hair from someone else in it still.

The front desk staff was not helpful when asked simple questions about the property. We booked this hotel so that we could fish since it backs right up to the water. However, people kept showing up to fish that were not staying at the property. As well as showing up to a family reunion that was using the hotel pergola/bbq pits. We had to go looking for the owner of a truck that had us blocked in just so we could leave and that person was not even staying at the hotel. There was just way too many people using the outdoor amenities that were not actually staying at the hotel.

I booked the hotel for my wife, mother in law ans 9 year old niece. The female employees were very rude and disrespectful to her. I booked 3 days and the 3rd day the electeicity went out. She called me while a female employee was at the door speakimg loudly and wirh a very negative tone to get out. They were scared. It was storming outside of the 3rd floor bay view. My mother in law is a senior citizen with nad feet that has a problem with stairs. They said they were booked and had to hurry and get out. It was 12:30. I believe this entire stay should be comped.
