Great Christmas in Victoria
We were looking for a place to host Christmas dinner with our adult kids that both live in Victoria and this condo was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and location in Victoria was perfect.

Great Location
The check-in process had some glitches, but Miriam was able to get us in fairly quickly. Miriam was an amazing host, responsive and very friendly. Location was great, the apartment was as described and very clean.

Very nice up to date place.
Great place and great location. Very new. All the necessary kitchen gadgets and condiments were there. Nice little balcony to sit out on. The only thing to note, as others have mentioned, it can get very hot in the afternoon when the western sun comes in. But once it goes around the neighbouring building, it becomes bearable again. And the fans definitely helped. Overall, would stay there again.

Beautiful condo in a convenient location
This condo lived up to the photos. It was modern and clean. The directions for Check In and Out were clear. The location made walking to all points of interest in Victoria an easy stroll. While we had a rental car, it wasn’t really needed to explore downtown Victoria. There is a drugstore and market just across the street. It really was a perfect place to stay!

Excellent location. Close walking distance to Downrown, Cook Village, Beacon Hill Park and Dallas Road. We were looking after our daughters dog and visiting our son and his wife who lives just around the corner so appreciated the great location and the pet friendly accommodation. We ended up with some car troubles that needed fixing and really appreciated how accommodating Miriam was with allowing us to stay two extra nights as luckily the apartment was not booked. Would definitely stay here again.

Very hot
Location and quality of the apartment was wonderful. However, the apartment was not airconditioned and is west facing getting the afternoon and evening sun which makes the apartment very hot. Windows can be opened but air flow is limited due to shades (which have to be down to block the sun) blocking air flow. We would stay again but not in the summer.

Perfect location
The location is not to far from most downtown attractions. Just far enough so not to busy. Nice grocer store across the street. Good restaurants close by.
