Our family of five stayed in a suite for one night as we were in town for our son’s Little League game. The hotel is conveniently located off the main road into town and very easy to locate. The parking options were great. The immediate area was quiet and while there were what appeared to be homeless people around the vicinity at times, we always felt safe and had no issues at all. The suite was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good as well. Our kids enjoyed the pool (warm water and clean) and the hot tub. It was nice to have a restaurant on site and a liquor store and convenience store within a very short (1-2 minute) walk. The staff (particularly the front desk) were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and were constantly making sure all the guests were greeted and had everything they needed for a good stay. It was a great stay and everyone was happy. We would definitely stay again next time.

Staff are fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is situated in a more industrial portion of Victoria. Nice part of that is that the hotel is central to greater Victoria and gives equal access to everything.

The room was so comfortable and they upgraded us no charge to a king suite. It was the most relaxing night. The rain fall shower was incredible and the updated room was very tastful and luxurious. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wants to have a getaway in Victoria

We where booked on floor level 2, which we found out was a pet floor after the fact by a staff member. I love dogs but not barking all night!!! We talked to front desk in the evening about a dog barking continually, and he assured us it was taken care of. That night it barked all night keeping us awake. The manager is useless, if you stay here do not stay on floor 2 . Or dont stay a all. And they will not do anything to help you other than lie about it!! We stay in hotels all over the world and this was one of the worst front desk people we have come across.
