Coastal Wishes is a newly built home with 2 bespoke Suites.
Suite A is an apartment sized suite with everything you need, such as a full sized kitchen, laundry and comfortable beds with quality linen.
The view is breathtaking. Spend your mornings watching boats sail by, hummingbirds dart about, eagles soaring and the occasional deer. Life on the Coast is Bliss!
Steps from your door is our Hot Tub with an amazing ocean and forest view. The best soaking time is at 9 p.m. The last ferry sails past and the sun sets in a beautiful display of pinks and corals over Piers Island.
Just outside the Suite is a covered porch with fire table and BBQ.

Kristen and Doug were great hosts. The attention to detail was great. They were quick to respond to any and all questions and offered help with local food options. They even offer a Tesla to rent! Everything was lovely. The view, the large hot tub, the firepit. We didn't want to leave!

Charming suite with lovely view
We are experienced travellers and rate this suite as a very special one. It is quiet ,has a lovely view and is well equipped and comfortable. You must have a car but access is easy from the BC ferry and it is 15 minutes to Sidney a small pleasant town. It is also 15 minutes to The Deep Cove Chalet, one of our favourite special restaurants. Book very early!

Beautiful retreat setting
From the moment we entered the one bedroom apartment we knew we would enjoy a lovely experience. Beautifully furnished with special attention to detail and design, it was a pleasure to stay here. The view and location of the home gave it a retreat like setting and we loved seeing deer on the lawn and the Swartz Bay ferry sailing by. It reminded us of the BC property we once owned. Minutes away from the town of Sidney we enjoyed many restaurants and walks along the waterfront. We had the opportunity to meet our hosts Krista and Doug. Congratulations on your new venture. It will certainly delight all your future guests. With our thanks to you both.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this unit, especially if you are looking for a quiet location. Krista is an amazing host, very friendly and there if you need her. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day if exploring the area. The unit was very clean and had everything you would need to prepare your own meals. The bed was supper comfortable, best sleep ever! We even had the deer come to visit every day.

Flawless Vacay!
Was a beautiful experience! The place is perfect inside and out. Everything you need and more, all has been considered. Really enjoyed candlelit dinners over looking the gas fireplace with ocean views! Everything sleek and new. My favourite is the hot tub overlooking the ocean. Will be back for sure! We loved our time here! The luxurious suite is beautifully designed with EVERYTHING you need. Sparkling clean, with an awesome kitchen, comfortable bed and a hot tub to enjoy the views from. Exquisite finishing touches throughout, a true oasis of relaxation. A highlight was the quiet, the view and our hosts!! We were made to feel welcomed and cared for by Doug and Krista... you can feel the love that they have put into this incredible property, we’re definitely planning a return trip. So convenient for the ferry and lots of great things nearby. We enjoyed wine tasting at a local winery and hiking on nearby trails. Sidney is a very short drive away with a good choice of eating spots and of course Victoria is 30 minutes away. A wonderful getaway no matter the time of year!! We left feeling refreshed and pampered. We highly recommend this fabulous spot!! Thank you Krista and Doug!!

Wonderful Restful Retreat
Our little family of three really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and our hosts were really friendly. They went out of their way to make the toddler and us feel at home. The hot tub is wonderful and we enjoyed the water views. The interior is just lovely and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to remember is that this stunning home is in the countryside so you will need a car to get anywhere.

Beautiful property - great hosts
We stayed at a few places throughout our vacation and this was by far the best. The hosts Krista and Doug were very friendly and hospitable and really made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodations and property were beautiful. It was so nice waking up each morning in the super comfy bed and seeing the ocean. The evenings after dark we soaked in the hot tub and watched the ferry go by with its bright lights. The small beach and forested area provided a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. Would definitely recommend and return!
