Absolutely outstanding hotel. Very calm and restful. Great restaurant on premises with friendly and experienced wait staff. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and great view. I appreciated the attention to providing local products such as shampoo soaps and lotions as well as the in room coffee. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Lovely property with great in room amenities, good location and pleasant staff. The Expedia perks were disappointing though. Instead of a room upgrade we were given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel and the free drink offered by the hotel was a drip coffee or tea. Free parking was appreciated! I would stay there again but pay for a larger room instead of counting on an upgrade.

Only thing I did not like is I paid for underground parking and not a spot available. Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable you can’t go wrong with this hotel!

Location excellent - a clean comfortable property. Only minor issue - I reported that sliding glass door handle to deck was loose; maintenance came to repair but after their visit the door would not lock. I told front desk, and they advised maintenance, but maintenance did not attend. Door still not lockable when I checked out two days later but was on floor nine so most likely not a security issue.

Beautiful fresh lobby, outdated room. Was clean but could use a remodel. The stereo was so old it had a cd/mp3 player and no Bluetooth. The tv didn’t have any music on it either, so that kinda killed the vibe. On our way out of the room we could smell gas, so we thought we would let someone know asap. When I told the woman at the front desk she said it’s an old building, it happens. We returned back to the hotel at midnight, our keys wouldn’t work, and were locked out of our room. Also, apparently they start housekeeping at 8am on Sundays. After 20 mins of door slamming and vacuuming, i called front desk and the woman said she would look into it, and the banging around kept on for another 30 mins. Had a delicious breakfast downstairs, and the restaurant staff was super nice.

Great location... walkable to inner harbour, Parliament Buildings, Royal BC Museum etc. Appreciate that the two bedroom had two full bathrooms with tubs. Very quiet at night. Staff were all friendly and helpful

I would come back again. Very clean hotel and convenient location. The mini kitchen worked well. The dishwasher was a great item to have. The only thing I would add is that I hope they had a weather strip underneath the door for light and sound proofing.
