The Oswego is a fantastic boutique hotel, about a 5 minute walk from Victoria's harbor, about a 15 minute walk from downtown, and also about a 15 minute walk to the Dallas Road waterfront. We had an amazing suite, with a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a balcony, and bathroom.

First room has an odor that was very annoying (old, possibly mold or some sort of cleaning product?). They were accommodating in a room move. Most of the rooms are not air conditioned (rarely a problem temperature-wise but can be and was when we were there) but the windows don’t have screens, so some moths got in (it wasn’t mosquito season, so that wasn’t a problem). Overall, I’d still go back.

A Perfect Stay at The Oswego Hotel! Our recent stay at The Oswego Hotel in Victoria was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and professional staff who made us feel right at home. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a short walk to the Inner Harbour, restaurants, and attractions. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city skyline from our room was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hotel's chic lounge, which served delicious cocktails and snacks in a cozy atmosphere. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the level of personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining and activities around Victoria. Overall, The Oswego Hotel provided an exceptional experience, blending luxury with a homely, welcoming feel. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria!

Great boutique hotel, with excellent service - easy and quick check-in/out, quick response to request for extra toiletries. Room was clean and kitchen well stocked! Quiet location. The live entertainment on Sunday evenings was a great perk. We were celebrating a special birthday and they left a lovely personal note and chocolates in the room - a great touch - along with complimentary parking. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property is quiet, in close walking distance to all local attractions-but the very best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so kind, friendly, and very welcoming. We have enjoyed our stay here so much we plan on returning in the fall. A huge thnk you to Taryn and all the staff.

Stayed 1 night with family to visit Victoria for a special sports event. The property was in a very nice area with lots of walkable sights. Staff very pleasant upon arrival. Room was a good size. Well appointed and comfortable. Nice kitchen that would have been great if we’d stayed longer. I’d recommend to friends and stay again if the price was right.
