The place is immaculate! Looks recently updated...new furniture, carpet, kitchen appliances. If you can afford, get bayfront room, or looking toward Parliament building. We upgraded to a partail view...the James St bridge is cool! Neon blue at night. Unfortunately, this room also afforded us a view of a park where homeless tent condo is set up. Noisy in the evening 9 to midnight.

Hidden gem in the heart of Victoria! Came for a relaxing vacation and the room was perfect to do so. No room service or restaurants, but plenty of options within a short walk. Would happily stay here again!

The suites overlooking the harbour were spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel location is very convenient to points of interest in central Victoria. Free parking in garage is a plus. (Only drawback is occasional noise from nearby homeless encampment.) Overall highly recommend.

The Penthouse Suite was amazing ! The views were million dollar views. The windows wrap around one whole side of the apartment! They let us check in at 11:30 am! The views from the solarium were jaw dropping !

Great view of the harbor, fun watching ships and planes come and go. But can be noisy at times with ships coming in late and blowing their horns. Great rooms; had a huge two bed room suite, kitchen, dining room and living room. Had breakfast on a huge balcony overlooking water. Great location for hitting the main strip
