We came in early as we arrived from the ferry and they let us check in early since our room is ready. Parking was easy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

The place is immaculate! Looks recently updated...new furniture, carpet, kitchen appliances. If you can afford, get bayfront room, or looking toward Parliament building. We upgraded to a partail view...the James St bridge is cool! Neon blue at night. Unfortunately, this room also afforded us a view of a park where homeless tent condo is set up. Noisy in the evening 9 to midnight.

We had a room facing the road and the noise was horrible. People screaming and yelling until almost 3am. We didn’t sleep until after 3am. We were told that the city allows up until 2am for a curfew. If we had known, we would never had stayed there or at least paid the extra for rooms over looking the water. Rooms were very nice and staff were also.

The only thing I’d change would be an addition of EV chargers. There are only 2 but 1 was out of service so it was a nuisance having to track down other drivers late at evening to steal a charge.

The view from the rooms is incredible. There's a five mile harbor walking trail just outside the door as well as interesting shops and many good restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. The suite has a kitchen and is very roomy, with a 210 degree view of the harbor from the bedroom and a 180 view from the living room. Note that my room had a locked connecting door to another suite which shared my balcony, but no one was in that room during my stay. Worth asking about if traveling alone.
