Our BRAND NEW (no step)1 bdrm suite is attached to, but independent from, the main house. Everything is here for your convenience. Full kitchen equipped with everything you will need and more, bathroom with large walk in shower, washer/dryer combo for your light duty laundry needs. One bedroom with a super comfy Beautyrest mattress.

What's great about the area? Well, just about everything! I have lived in the neighbourhood for over 40 years and I love it!

The neighbourhood itself has lots of natural beauty with tall cedar and fir trees, but only a five minute walk away is great shopping. Starbucks, Tim Horton;s, grocery stores, liquor wine and beer store, fast food, sit down restaurants, banks, walk in medical clinics, and a mall with a variety of stores. Costco a 5 minute drive.

Esquimalt Lagoon beach is a 10 minute drive. Goldstream Park is less than 10 minutes in the other direction, walking trails a few minutes from the front door. The headquarters for Rugby Canada is a 10 minute walk from the house, as well as world class soccer.

Downtown Victoria is a short twenty minute drive away.

You have the best of all worlds here.
