Clean overall and liked bedding especially. Clean and comfortable. This hotel is right next to I-15 but surprisingly quiet. Outlet mall is very next to the hotel and many eating places nearby. Included breakfast is good.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. On the night of my scheduled arrival(7/26/24) as I was en route to the hotel, someone called me from the hotel at 9:45 pm and told me they had canceled my room reservation. I had already been stuck in horrible traffic on I15 for the past several hours(it took me over 3 hours to get from Baker to Barstow). They blamed Expedia, and claimed that Expedia had over booked. They did not offer an apology or try to help resolve the issue. The hotel representative was incredibly rude. I had made the reservation at least 10 days in advance. I ended up stranded with no where to stay.

The room was big, clean and smelled good. The room was perfect, we travel a lot and have stayed in some really nice hotels and this was the best yet and the price hands down will always be our favorite hotel.
