The room was comfortable and clean. There was no way to avoid spilling water from the shower onto the washroom floor. The dumpster east of the building was overflowing most of my visit.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was poorly designed: the threshold was so shallow that there was no way to avoid leaving a lot of water on the bathroom floor. I managed to wipe up the floor with the cloth bath mat, but that oughtn’t be necessary. The dumpster east of the building was overflowing most of the days I was there.

This place was awful. The floor was repaired with duct tape. Hallways were dirty and the side entrance door was broken. Not sure how it got its positive ratings but I will never choose this place again.

Really really gross.
This was a really disappointing booking. 1.) There was no attendant at the desk when I arrived at 10:30 PM. It truly looked like no one worked at the hotel. I waited 15 minutes before I saw a single employee, and he was visibly disgruntled and made no mention of his previous absence. 2.) The room was extremely hot and muggy. It took about an hour for it to become comfortable once I turned on the AC. 3.) There were gross sticky spots all over the desk / side table. 4.) The shower was visibly filthy. 5.) The sink didn't drain at all. 6.) The toilet didn't flush. 7.) You could hear the actions of everyone else staying in the hotel. I woke up every 30 minutes to one sound or another coming from within the hotel. 8.) When I checked out, I told the (aforementioned disgruntled employee) about the sink/shower/toilet issues. He only asked me for my room number, but offered no type of apology. Overall, just a really yucky and uncomfortable stay. I 100% will not be booking again.

This is a nice clean hotel however the air conditioner didn't work so the room was hot and stuffy all night. Since I was just spending one night I didn't complain to the desk and ask for a new room.

The young lady at the front desk was fabulous and very kind trying to accommodate our early arrival despite the frustration of a difficult computer network connection at the time. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are extra small and have a poor quality of furnishings. Examples are that the linoleum floor had tape on parts to cover peeling tiles and the shower lining is patched. The biggest problem was a disturbance near our room. We could hear the doors opening and closing across the hall and several dogs barking down the hall. Police were called across the hall, where assorted people went in and out for hours. It finally got quiet later in the evening.

They stop the shuttle at 10:00. So we had to pay at 20.00 taxi ride. I had even called them directly asking about it and was told they pick up 24/6

A very pleasant stay.
A surprisingly pleasant stay. Although it was just for a night, Sleep Inn offered all the basic amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the ground floor looking out at parking area, where I can see my car. I was able to double check my car is locked with my remote key without stepping out of my room. I was late coming in so I picked up a pizza from Little Ceasar conveniently located on the same street at the turn-in. A microwave and fridge in the room came in real handy. My room came with hot breakfast as well. I liked the spacious bathroom although condition is a bit old. There were 4 pillows of different softness, but a bit small for my liking. I had a good rest that was most important. Great value!
