The evening restaurant was pedestrian at best. Grilled cheese on a hamburger bun???!!! Terrible! Not impressed with that dining option.

we felt very safe and the property was convenient to the activities. The property could use some maintenance: Foyer needs wallpaper fixed that is coming off wall, very musty smell in foyer, and light bulb need to be replaced. In the rooms the carpet needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was wonderful but needs to extend time from 9 to 10:00.

Let’s start with the good..The staff was very accommodating. The remainder of this review has no bearing on how well they did their jobs the best they could. The hotel itself though is gross. The mold and water damage throughout had myself and multiple members of my family needing breathing treatments and the best allergy medicine we could find. It was throughout the hotel everywhere that we went. We understand being close to the water, we are very well versed with properties near the water. It’s the fact that the place is just NOT well kept at all. I’m glad we had a place to lay our heads while visiting but it was very uncomfortable and harmful to our health. I encourage the owners to begin a large scale renovation as soon as possible to get this place in better condition. I even heard a member of the staff, along with other guests discuss the constant stench that filled the halls.

Right on the Mississippi, about 10 minutes from Natchez, this was an affordable and convenient stay. Staff was efficient and friendly. Although we were next to the elevator we had no noise problems.

This was my second time in three weeks and both times the front desk was so accommodating, they held my room because of getting a late start, the beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! REAL eggs not powdered, and it was a true southern breakfast.

The property is on an advantageous spot adjacent to the Mississippi River, looking back at the bluff of Natchez, Mississippi. I had a very nice ground floor room with a view!

I loved my stay here. The only problem we had was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Nice clean convenient place to stay loved being able to watch the hot air balloons cross the river during breakfast
