I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front.

It is located in a nice little town with many chalets and skiing close by. Our receptionist was able to communicate in English which was nice. It was hot and we were looking forward to a little swim before dinner. We weren't allowed in the pool with no bathing cap. They were 6 or 7 euros each. Worked out to $18 Canadian - not worth it. The rooms are old and dated and the bed extremely uncomfortable. NO AIRCONDITIONING!! Even though the nights cooled down, it took a long time for the apartment to cool enough to sleep. No fans either. Very disappointing!!

nice room with views out to the mountains, this is my second visit in the summer months, this is out of the real season (Snow sports) for this property, everything but food was available, the town had plenty of places to eat , so no problems.

Excellent base for Baqueira skiing

Stayed here for a few days at the nearby Baqueira Beret ski resort. Vielha is a pleasant town with plenty of facilities. The apartment was perfect for our needs, despite being a little dark - plenty of room, and a wonderfully strong shower. The breakfasts were excellent too.

Great place for good price

We had a great stay in this Aparthotel. Room was huge for just the 2 of us, room very clean, warm, all appiances worked correctly. It is just 5-7 minutes walk from main street and just beside one of the best restaurants in Vielha. Easy exit to the road going to slopes. Only issue was no car park availability when we arrived.

falta de seriedad con incidencia

El hotel esta bien como siempre, pero tuvimos un problema con la reserva, la hicimos con desayuno incluido con cargo adicional pero al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no había servicio de restauración, al intentar solucionarlo ni hoteles/expedia ni el hotel nos ofrecieron ninguna solución razonable. Después de reclamar en at.al cliente nos ofrecieron un vale descuento de 10€ que no supo justificar ... cuando la diferencia era de mas de 20 .. no es tanto la cantidad sino la falta de profesionalidad en solucionar el problema .. lo mas sorprendente es que ya en la habitación verifique la disponibilidad y precios en el alojamiento siendo los mismos, o sea que no hubo fluctuación de precios como adujo la de at. al cliente ... por lo que esta claro que alguien se embolsa la diferencia ... tengo claro que si no se resuelve de manera razonable ya noas han visto el pelo.
