Had a great stay at the hotel. Close to the train station, shopping, friendly staff and was able to check in early.

Unnecessary lobby renovation (it was beautiful before) so there was no breakfast available. The wifi was terrible, it kept dropping the connection.

Communication Breakdown.
Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff, especially when it came round to breakfast. We had paid for breakfast for every day that we were there but found out that the restaurant was closed for refurb. This was not shown when we booked. Apparently, it had been known for a while but Hotels.com were still advertising it. The staff refunded straight away without being asked, which they didn't have to do but they said that I would have to wait a while if we requested the refund from Hotels.com. This meant that we did not have the sort of breakfast that we were hoping for whilst we were there. Communication appears to have been a big issue here. There was a coffee point on each floor of the hotel but no kettle. Fortunately, we took out own so there was no issue.

This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again.

It is a good hotel. But at the time of my visit (Nov 2024) it was being renovated. Lobby was closed and there was no breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to have friends visit me in the hotel but lobby was closed. Lack of breakfast on-site made it a little inconvenient but there are good options nearby if you are not in a hurry.

Great Location
The room is nice, and location must be a plus to close by the QBB that is super convenient to walk and enjoy around. I just stay one nigh, and the service is great. The representative Ivan who is nice also. The hotel is under co instruction, but it is not bad. Recommending to people and I will come back Wien and stay here.

Situated very close to the main train station, it is extremely convenient for continuing your train journey. You will not stress about getting to the station in the morning. The area itself has a few options for food but delivery might be your best dining option if you arrive later in the evening. The hotel bar is open until 1am and there are some basic snacks and drinks (even beer) available for purchase 24 hrs. The breakfast is very complete and has something for everyone. The rooms themselves are stylish, clean but basic and on the smaller size. The furnishings are modern but the main lamp in the room had to be disappointingly unplugged to be turned off. I thought the rooms could be a bit better for the price point but you are also paying for convenience.

Everything was absolutely great- friendly and knowledgeable staff, perfectly clean, great convenient location as close as you can get to the main train station and then can easily pop into downtown Vienna. The only thing I’d say was NOT great was the heat was way too high with no way to control it. Apparently once it’s winter time, the heat is on and that’s it. So I would say bring your summer pajamas. If you can’t sleep when it’s too hot then don’t go during the winter maybe. But like I mentioned, everything else was great!
