The Adina Apartments Hotel are incredible! They are walking distance to the Belvedere Castle grounds. Also very close to public transportation, so it’s very easy to get around Vienna from here. The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms well designed. The only small detail during our stay is that the Air Conditioner broke. It was fixed quickly though, so you shouldn’t have any issues. The pool/spa area is also pure perfection! Oh, and there is a bar on site! 😍 Loved everything about this hotel!!! 10/10 plan to stay here again when I’m back in Vienna!

On our second night we had no hot water and the air conditioning didn’t work. The property didn’t communicate anything so we had to go down to the front desk and ask before they said it was being worked on. Left and nothing was fixed. The property offered no discount in rate and was not apologetic.

We liked the staff at reception- they were always kind , friendly & helpful providing excellent customer service during our stay. The cleaners can also be commended for their high standard of cleaning. The rooms were very well designed providing us with everything we needed. The pool and gym were also very impressive, One of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Be aware, air conditioning is a myth. It’s more like a fan blowing cool air, than actual AC. The rooms are nice and location is ok because it can get sketchy at night. It is convenient to have a train station right there with food options but it didn’t feel very safe compared to other parts of Vienna.

This place is really nice. It was clean, the breakfast buffet was good, the staff was friendly. The only thing that bothered me were the pillows. They were too soft and flat. I could have asked for newer one, but otherwise, everything was perfect.!

The room was a good size for a family of four. The hotel itself is right beside the train station which was very convenient. Prolixity to Belvedere Palace and Gardens was also good.

Adina Apartment Hotel was an unexpected surprise for us! It was very comfortable and modern, and conveniently located near HBF. Our stay in Vienna at Adina was very nice.

The only thing that I like is that this is an apartment hotel, which rooms are equipped with washing/drying machine as well as a dishwasher and separate stove top and sink. As this is an apartment hotel, service is very limited, and room cleaning service needs to be arranged a day before with the front desk (we did request for one during our stay but they never showed up for the rrquested service). Breakfast is also below par and accommodation is also very limited.

The property was excellent due to the proximity to the train station, shops, places of interest and even to the airport you can just take the train. Staff are attentive and looking after your needs and are helpful. One thing I like most is that their rooms are with dishwasher, cooker and even an oven wherein you can cook. I will definitely use Adina aparthotel if I will come back to Vienna or visit any other European country with Adina property. Highly recommended

The place is modern clean plenty of room and has a small kitchen and washing machine. Very useful for travel. It is a little far away from the city main attractions but a reasonable walking distance for those who don't care to walk a bit. There is public transportation for others. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel except for Breakfast
