Lovely hotel. Design and decor is very well done while respecting the history of building. Location couldn’t be better, better than some of the elite hotels. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Tip: don’t book breakfast when booking room, I got an email a week later for a discounted breakfast rate.

In the heart of Vienna
The hotel is in the heart of Vienna and close to all the shops, restaurants, opera house and museums. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We missed the breakfast buffet by 10 minutes but they still allowed us to sit in and eat before they started to clear the buffet. Only minor issue was that the hot water didn’t work due to the weather conditions (rain and flooding) but it was back on in the morning. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. It’s also close to the train station.
