Not good experience.
The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed.

Good place, overall
It was really good overall. Awesome things: + kitchen with everything you needed + good beds + nice living room with TV and couch for gatherings + comfy beds + suitable even for 6 people (sofa bed) + FREE PARKING - this is really nice and can save you a lot of money in Vienna + good Internet connection + shops located nearby (Hofer, Zielpunkt, Billa). Thank you!

Etablissement spatieux mais pas tres propre avec des toiles d'araignee sur les murs. Meubles usés et appartement a renover. Calme mais immeuble assez moche. Prostitue a l'entree de l'immeuble le soir. Mauvaise communication pour la logistique : aucune information sur la cle de l'ascenseur (trouve dans l'appart au 4eme etage apres etre montee les escaliers avec les valises). Le service de resrvation n'a pas voulu communiquer le modalite d'acces au batiment jusqu'au jour de l'arrivée.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Wir haben diese Unterkunft für unsere Mitarbeiter gebucht, da sie in Wien arbeiten mussten. Die Gegend und der äußere Schein waren, nicht übertrieben, einfach nur grausig. 2 "Bodyguards" stehen vor der Tür und lassen definitiv keinen rein, bevor nicht die übermittelte Handynummer zur Türöffnung angerufen wird. Spät abends im Dunkeln ist dies kein wirklich einladender Eindruck. Unsere Mitarbeiter waren zur Nachtschicht eingeteilt und mussten somit am Tage schlafen. Dies war allerdings nicht möglich, da es absolut keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit gab. Laut unseren Mitarbeitern entprechen die Bilder im Internet auch nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Einzige, was dem entsprach war wohl die neue Küche. Nach der ersten Nacht, sind unsere Mitarbeiter in ein Hotel gezogen und nach der schriftlichen Beschwerde beim Vermieter, kam nichts dabei raus. Schade.

Gutes Zimmer, schwierige Umgebung....
Das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings befindet es sich in einem ziemlich heruntergekommen Haus, was so gar keinen einladenden Eindruck hinterlässt. Das Appartment liegt in einer Wohngegend die den "Charm" eines Arbeiterviertels mit hohem Migrationsanteil hat...einen Parkplatz zu finden ist für Anreisende mit dem Auto schier unmöglich. Alles in allem würde ich dort nicht wieder hinfahren und stattdessen lieber ein normales Hotelzimmer buchen.
