Great place that is well connected to the city centre by the No 1 tram. There is also a Lidl opposite for food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived outside of reception opening hours, but because of pre-checkin and keypad room access, this was no issue at all.

Great hotel as long as you figure out how to use the Metro system. It was well located near a tram stop but we had th misfortune to follow the Google directions and arrived at the train station and walked. The area around the train station is awful and felt very unsafe. On arrival, front desk were also dealing with the arrival of a large tour group. There were 3 team members busy with this but it would have been preferable if 2 team members could have handled the group and the third manage the general desk/ check in and out questions. Hotel offers an excellent guest laundry, very useful if you are on the road for a longer period. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. It worked well for our family of four. Thank you.
