Wonderful Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the city. The bed was very comfortableand the reception is open all the time. The location was fantastic you can reach all the main sights within a few minutes' walk. there are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the little market was especially lovely.

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. the bed was very comfortable too. the reception is open 24/7 and we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man erreicht die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Unser Zimmer war sehr Großzügig und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab eine sehr große Auswahl im Frühstücksbuffet.

I've stayed for two nights and it was not the best. heating in room didn't work the entire time, and staff said they'll take a look and either didn't or didn't change anything, or said that's just the way it is and have another blanket. this was when it was -5 degrees outside. walls are super thin, and I could literally hear the family next door shouting and snoring. certain rooms are also close to the kitchen and you hear all the dishes being washed like it was in your room. for the price, it's not worth it. if you get a deal for 50€ a night maybe then it's going to be worth it.

Pretty good.
The corridors were a bit glum, and the room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign, but it was clean, provided a tea set, a TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, a desk to do my work, and the bathroom was clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. The location is great. We thought we were just booking a cheap hotel to stay a few days, and we were pleasantly surprised. Value for money.

Amazing hotel! It’s very centrally located, and you can reach the downtown area within a few minutes on foot. we were able to check in early in the morning for free. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Great hotel!
I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, which is just a 10-minute walk away. There's also an underground station nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The free high-speed WiFi worked well everywhere in the building.

I had a great stay at the Florum Hotel in Vienna. The location is super convenient just a short walk to the city center and close to some nice local bars and restaurants. The room was big and comfortable, and I slept really well on the bed. I also liked that the reception is open 24/7, so checking in late was no problem. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was rude and unreasonable, the hotel is terrible, the rooms are flithy, barely any breakfast options. Its a terrible hotel not worth the 4 stars it was given, the rooms are nothing like the pictures. Overall terrible, youre better off staying at any different hotel. Don’t recommend this hotel

Zum Zimmer: Es roch die ganze Zeit seltsam im Zimmer, unangenehm. Auch die Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank nicht wirklich kalt. Kaffeemaschine nicht nutzbar, da kein gemahlener Kaffee da war und schmutzig. Und leider war die Jalousie an einem der beiden Fenster beschädigt, sodaß man sie nachts kaum schliessen konnte (sie war vorher schon mit Klebeband präpariert worden). Nach unserer Reklamation und angeblicher Reparatur hatte sich leider daran nichts geändert. Für den TV gab es keine Fernbedienung, somit konnten wir diesen auch erst nach Reklamation am Tag 2 nutzen. Ausserdem war die Toilettenspülung defekt. Wir mussten mithilfe des Spülkasten uns immer wieder selbst behelfen, um den Spülkasten zu füllen und in Gang zu bringen, das war grenzwertig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kommt zu Fuss in 20 Min. in die Innenstadt. Aber auch das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend, am ersten Tag gab es ausser Kaisersemmeln und Croissants leider nichts mehr auf was man die vorhandene Wurst und Käse legen konnte (es gab auch noch drei Aufstriche, verpackte Marmelade, Butter... das übliche), die Vollkornsemmeln waren eine Stunde nach Frühstückszeit-Beginn schon weg. Es gab nicht mal einfaches Brot oder ähnliches. Müsli auch spärlich und Obst nur zum Selbst-Schälen. Alles in Allem würde ich dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Wonderful Hotel
I highly recommend this hotel. The city center is just a 7-minute walk away, and there are many nice restaurants and bars nearby. I especially loved the small market with bars and restaurants where the local Viennese go, which is only 2-3 minutes from the hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. The reception is open 24/7, so you can check in even late at night. The staff was also very friendly.open therefore you can check in very late in the night and the staff was very friendly.
