Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.

The hotel has all the all the amenities of a quality stay. The parking is convenient (28 Euros a night) and the breakfast was great with several options. The location was good for us as it was a 20 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus.

I had cash stored in the safety deposit box and I had noticed that a portion of it was missing after the first night of my stay. I reported this to the hotel manager but have not received any response nor resolution. Would not recommend trusting this hotel with security of property. Aside from this, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a decent selection of breakfast foods. Convenient location for walking and accessing public transportation.

Easy access to the tube -just across the road. The staff where very helpful The room was very clean, Super comfortable bed !! Need of more hooks in the bed room and shower room Plenty of hot water, Although not hot enough for me... Breakfast was fine but we would appreciate more vegies -fresh and cooked WILL BE HAPPY TO RETURN

Das Hotel selbst befindet sich sehr gut gelegen, ist mit der u-Bahn gut zu erreichen, man kommt überall schnell hin und hat auch Möglichkeit um das Hotel herum etwas zu unternehmen. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Verbessern könnte man die Abläufe beim Frühstück, hier kommt es immer wieder zu Schlangen und es fehlt immer etwas (Gläser, Teller, Tassen oder bestimmte Zutaten).
