The property is well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to public transport options so getting to and from the city center was a breeze. If you have mobility issues and/or use a wheelchair it may be a bit challenging As there are some steps, and some ramps, when available, are terribly steep. Overall, I would stay again.

I loved my stay at Holiday Inn. The room was clean, warm, there were enough hangers to put clothes, and other nice complimentary touches. The location was excellent and I felt safe walking back at night. You could walk to most tourist sights within 25 minutes and I rarely had to take public transportation. There were multiple big chain grocery stores within 7 minutes' walk with the closest one being 5 minutes and also a number of restaurants nearby. The bus stop to the Vienna main station is also within 3 minutes. I would stay here again!

The hotel was great in all respects. Rooms was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location which made getting around Vienna very easy. Will definitely stay there when I return to Vienna.

Nice stay at this proper of Holiday Inn though has small rooms and few options in the buffet breakfast. The staff indeed was really nice and friendly. The lady at the reception ‘ Geena ‘ was really good and helpful in informing us the tourist attraction etc .

Absolutely excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, safe and really easily accessible.Comfortable beds and great bathrooms! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. Only constructive feedback is that the air con in the room was really uselsss (Room 311) and they seemed to be short staffed. The poor guys working were run ragged and we felt really sorry for them.
