Fire Alarm
Did 2 nights here as a solo traveller visiting Vienna. On the first night there was a fire alarm at 1am in which everyone was evacuated and fire brigade were called and on the scene. Didn’t return to my room Till and hour later. This was unfortunate but there was 0 communication from staff to customers about the situation and we were all left just standing about at 1am waiting for any type of information. Apart from that which ruined my next day partly due to tiredness , the hotel is lovely and very modern. Food was good and location is brilliant. Shame about this otherwise would of easily rated 5 stars.

Good, would come back, but…
The hotel was good. Staff super polite and friendly, made you feel welcome, the only thing was when we got wakened up at 1am by an idiot smoking in his room, triggering the fire alarm in the hotel. But we can’t blame the hotel for that. Despite the incident the person in charge was calm and this was a good point to add for them. I loved the fact that the hotel was close from the train station, that is definitely a plus.

Staff are very rude and defensive I book a room for 2 adults and my son 9 Years old ,one medium bed for 3 When I ask the staff for upgrade or extra bed . They said it is my problem , I can leave if I don’t want to stay . Ask to talk the supervisor . Forbidden . No cleaning for the room for 3 days . The last last we ask 3 times the cleaning , no answer , no phone in the room to contact the reception Terrible

The service is minimalistic. I wish they had provided a small kettle for hot water for a cup of coffee or tea which is a common amenity in other hotels even in B&Bs. Connection to the city centre is good.

The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful, in addition to that the room was unprepared with any toiletries or anything, even when I asked the reception for paper tissues they gave me couple of them and told me every time you need you can pass by the reception but we dont have upstairs, the location is perfect and the parking was so organized and easy to access

Great location with good transport links, helpful staff, comfortable, clean and quiet. Good size room. Good breakfast. 24 hour bar. Room service every 3 days, no tea making facilities in room but hot water and mugs available on request from the bar.
