The deluxe rooms were superb and very spacious. We liked the little extras such as the coffee machine and the first free drinks in the mini fridge. The tv also plays through speakers in the bathroom. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Hotel in a great location to visit the attractions. The metro is so close as well. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the initial lack of hot water in the shower.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The front desk staff were very helpful at all times. Can't beat the location as it was near everything we wanted to see.

Excellent property and great attention to detail. The details matter! It made my first trip to Vienna in September very memorable. And it won't be the last! The front desk night staff and the bartenders at the hotel bar was deserve mention for great talks and going above and beyond!
