The space
Casa Carmin offers 3 private bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. Two of the bedrooms feature their own balconies, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Vieques scenery, while the family room includes a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. Easy to walk to Seaglass Beach and restaurants in Isabel II. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Washer and dryer were convenient. Host stocked the house with lots of extras in case you forget anything, like toothpaste, laundry detergent. Back patio was pleasant for relaxing. very cold

The most beautiful, modern, clean, and awesome home we have ever stayed in. Completely renovated, all walls, doors, windows, a/c's, furniture, appliances, lights, lamps, TV's, bathroom, beds, sheets, kitchen utensils, WOW! I mean everything is so new. The outside is well light. The most beautiful and comfortable backyard with table and chirs and hammock. Incredible. Snacks, spare toothbrushes, soap for washing machine and also a dryer! Hot water that actually works. For the beach, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, snorkle, masks, & fins! This house is a must stay if you are comming to Vieques. Do not think twice. Amazing amazing amazing. Such a beautiful property exactly as described. Communication and check in instructions were prompt and clear. There were so many extras that made our stay so convenient from a coffee bar to laundry detergent etc etc.. The house was walkable to bars, restaurants, stores, a market, and more. We will absolutely be back & can’t recommend this place enough.

Spent an amazing week in Vieques at Casa Carmin. The host has created a very inviting home to vacation in. The house was clean, had everything one needed to cook breakfast/dinners if one had to, close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, beaches etc. Loved it!

The house was a clean, comfortable, and luxurious place to stay! There are more than enough towels, and the shower has good water pressure and produces hot water. The air conditioning was top notch and the tv worked great too! There were no issues with any appliances, and the provided coffee was awesome and overall a perfect place for a vacation!

As good as it looks!
This property was great for our family of 5 for a 2 night stay on the island. The listing description and pictures are accurate and hosts have gone above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable and have added so many personal touches. The backyard is picture perfect. My 13 yr old son, who is growing and always hungry, had more than his fair share of the complementary snacks provided - I tried to limit him, but he thought it was awesome and kept going back for more. We did not have much time to explore the area near the house, but it was very centrally located close to the ferry terminal and it was easy to get anywhere on the island from here. I definitely recommend renting a jeep to explore all the hard to get to beautiful beaches. There are a lot of free roaming animals (roosters, chickens, dogs, cats, horses) on the island everywhere and also around the house but it just made our trip that much more interesting and memorable. So glad we chose this house!

Our stay at Casa Carmin was nothing short of spectacular! The property is immaculate, with a fresh and inviting ambiance that immediately put us at ease. The hosts have gone above and beyond to anticipate every need, from the well-stocked kitchen to the abundance of beach essentials. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experience, providing everything from bug spray to earplugs for the island's charming roosters. The location couldn't be better – just a short walk from the pier, restaurants, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Evenings spent in the backyard were pure bliss, with the hammock and outdoor table offering the perfect setting for relaxation under the Caribbean sky. We were also deeply touched by the presence of a friendly brown dog, whose companionship added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The hosts' dedication to providing a top-notch experience shines through in every detail, from the tasteful decor to the modern amenities. It's clear that Casa Carmin is more than just a rental property – it's a labor of love, with a rich history that adds depth and character to the experience. I stayed here with both family and a friend. We stayed for 2 nights while we visited Vieques. I have to say this rental worked well for us. The first thing that helped was that this was in walking distance from the ferry. I needed to get a rental car for my stay, and the rental car shuttle wasn't going to fit our entire group. So. while I got the rental, they walked to the house. It was uphill, but when reversed the trip going home it was downhill for them. Anyway this was convenient. Plus, they bought food on the way for our stay. Second good thing was that the house was well stocked. Coffee and tea, sugar and creamer so we had morning drinks right away. And there were some snacks that my kids liked. It was also stocked with beach towels chairs and umbrellas. This was so helpful. Of course it was also stocked with bedding and shower towels too. It was just easy to stay here. Next was the cleanliness. It was fresh and clean when we got there. The beds, the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, even the backyard. There is even a washer and dryer for us to use. The backyard was small, but well put together. There were patios off two bedrooms. And and table and chairs useful for morning coffee. Plus a hammock. And importantly, it felt private. The only negative is the neighborhood is a little rough. But this house is a oasis. New and well designed. The best part was the host. They were responsive when I needed it. I would stay here again.

All I can say is WOW! Stunning rental!! Absolutely beautiful inside. Had everything we needed! Laundry is a must have with beach days. There was beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and snorkel gear! Absolutely recommend!!

This home is lovely and really feels like an oasis. Everything that the manager can control is well thought out and amazing. Backyard is very cute. The house is very clean and well decorated. The house across the street has an odor issue (at least while we were there), but that is not under the control of this property. The manager answered questions promptly when we had some travel struggles and even allowedlate check out so we could rinse off after a beach morning. They even offered to mail us a stuffed animal that one of my kids left there. Really great folks to work with and the property is comfortable, well stocked, and pristine.

The property is brand new. Great attention to detail in how it was remodeled. Very comfortable unit with great space for all. Snacks and coffee bar are a great touch. Don’t forget to to your the rear patio to relax. The neighborhood surrounding the unit is in disrepair but seems there is new construction happening and might become a very nice area. Close to restaurants although we choose to drive Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend. Even the neighborhood dogs came to say hi.

Hidden Gem
This house is truly a Hidden Gem. It is very clean and well supplied. The back yard is truly amazing and relaxing. The beds are nice and comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and blankets. They have thought of everything down to the snacks, water and travel supplies if you forget anything. The even more amazing apart was how quick to respond the owner and cleaning people are. The section of town the house is in lost water during our stay. Totally something that no one has any control of. But they all went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of water for all our needs. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cute place to stay in Vieques.

AMAZING!!! highly recommend!!
This was an amazing choice and was just as described and better. They have thought of everything you would need - towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, all toiletries. They have coffee station with all sorts of coffee options, reef-friendly SPF, little cooler, snacks for us - fridge of water. Decorations are ADORABLE! The backyard was an oasis! I would highly recommend this place and we so enjoyed our visit to the Island! We will be back ! this is right "in town" and little community market is in walking distance. You are staying right in the neighborhood (not touristy) and the neighbors were very nice. Thank you to the owners and team who take care of this place.

Highly Recommend Casa Carmin
Casa Carmín is a real gem. The property had plenty of room for 5 adults and two children to comfortably move about. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals and the coffee station with an espresso machine and regular coffee pot really fit the bill. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for both bathing and the beach if needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel equipment were also available for guest use. The patio area was very peaceful to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or enjoy a lazy afternoon in the hammock. The host has taken great care in preparing the house for guests to make their stay more enjoyable. From the various jars containing laundry detergent, toothpaste, sunblock and other small items travelers typically forget to providing a playpen, stuffed animals and toys for the youngest, the host’s attention to the smallest of details exceeded our expectations. Our group highly recommends Casa Carmín if you are looking for a charming space close to downtown Isabel and the ferry terminal.

Let me start off by saying that the house is spectacular and it is impeccably clean. By far this has been the best VRBO I've stayed at so far. The Coffee bar, decorations, and furniture are excellent. You can see all the love that was put into this house. The cozy patio has a spectacular view of the ocean. Let me add that the house is in the heart of Isabel II, walking distance from the Port, restaurants, supermarkets. 100% recommended.
