Hotel is conveniently close to the tram. Staff are friendly & helpful. Our room is small & bed is not very comfortable.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional etc. Big shout out to Max great support..Only thing i found very difficult, was they catered for a wedding reception and closed the hotel area and asked us not to use it. I find this very unprofessional when you have paid.

The staff making breakfast were great...first 2 days veryquiet ..not many people..our last day on Sunday it was packed but your staff did an amazing job keeping everyone happy...we had a nice breakfast cake slices on the first day but nothing after that...but no worries probably better for ne.

People were extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would suggest is to have bags for dirty laundry.

Firstly, this hotel is advertised as a Best Western hotel but it should be listed as a business hotel (the Pear Hotel). Because of it being a business hotel, the rooms were extremely small and not conducive for family stays. As for amenities, the rooms have no fridges or microwaves. Again making it difficult to stay here as a tourist or traveller. Also the first night we stayed the water heater was not working so the water was ice cold. The staff were friendly however and offered free breakfast due to this inconvenience. All in all, the staff were nice but the hotel is not suitable for anything other than a 1-2 night stay.

Great little hotel and really close to the tram. Manager very helpful and lovely lady preparing breakfast. Which was excellent. Rooms new, a little small but work perfectly for an overnight stop.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, allerdings ist die Möglichkeit Essen zu gehen zu Fuß nicht möglich. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz und die Autobahn ist sehr gut, da die regionale Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Bahnhof hat.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig unmittelbar an der BAB Ausfahrt Viernheim Ost, aufgrund guter Schallisolierung gibt es keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer erschien recht klein, es gab eigentlich keine wirklichen Ablageflächen für einen Koffer (unterhalb des Regals geht der Deckel nicht auf) und der Tisch ist recht klein und mit Wasserkocher, Tablet, Mehrfachstecker und anderen Kleinigkeiten schon recht belegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Insgesamt ein recht guter Aufenthalt, es gibt keine außerordentlichen Moniten.
