Lovely location and host, but this property not for us
Although the location of this property was excellent - directly across the road from a quiet beach club and free beach, we did not enjoy our stay at this property. Parking was easy as on site. Pasquale the host was lovely and always quick to respond before and during our stay. In our opinion the downside of this property is that the accommodation did not have anywhere inside to sit. It didn't have a dining table or chairs or lounge chair inside. It does have a plastic table and chairs on the balcony, but the outlook is not pleasant (looking at a mesh fence) and when we were there, it was too hot to sit out there most of the time (temps over 30 degrees). This leaves being inside with air-conditioning on, and having to sit on the bed. Inside is dark, as it has only small windows. When it is hot outside, you cannot leave the door open to get light in because the air-conditioning is going. We did not feel we could relax at this place, purely because there was nowhere to sit and take it easy. There were no start up basic supplies like coffee, tea, sugar.

Eine schöne Woche
Die kleine Wohnung verfügt über fast alles Notwendige, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum 3 km langen schönen Sandstrand, die ruhige Lage und die angebrachten Insektengitter. Pasquale war immer ansprechbar und hat weitergeholfen. Wir würden dort wieder hinfahren.

Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. L'appartement est très correct, très proche de la mer et très fonctionnel. Seul bémol, c'est la multitude de chat. Animal que j'adore en ayant moi même. Mais là, malheureusement plus d'une dizaine, aucun n'est stérilisé, donc une reproduction galopente, c'est pas leur rendre service. A la limite, d'être signalé à la société de protection des animaux.

Face à la mer
Location idéale pour un couple, face à la mer, maison de vacances simple, très propre. Un peu loin à pied du centre de Vieste. Très bon accueil du propriétaire et de sa famille.

soggiorno gradevole , proprietari cortesi e disponibili
degli appartamenti a disposizione sembra che ci sia stato assegnato il più piccolo . Devo dire che per tre persone è poco adatto , a mio avviso il nostro appartamento sarebbe stato giusto assegnarlo a due occupanti . Per il resto siamo stati piuttosto bene , molto vicino al mare , posto tranquillo , comodo per muoversi in tutte le direzioni . Vista la sistemazione avrei preferito spendere qualcosa meno ma per tutto il resto lo consiglio .

Una vacanza davvero rilassante
Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati!! Il mare, sia con spiaggia libera che attrezzata, è raggiungibile semplicemente attraversando la strada, e data la posizione è poco affollato. La casa è piccola ma molto funzionale e pulitissima, con un bel giardino esterno comune. Rosa e Pasquale sono stati gentili e sempre disponibili. Il posto ideale per chi come noi ha bimbi piccoli. Consigliatissimo!!!

Piccolo appartamento in posizione perfetta e host disponibilissimi
L'appartamento è in un posizione perfetta: l'ultimo gruppo di case a sud di Vieste, alla fine della spiaggia del castello. In quel punto la spiaggia è splendida, ampia e mai troppo affollata. Il punto migliore di tutta la spiaggia lunga circa 3km visto che si trova vicino ai faraglioni e lontano dal caos del centro. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto il necessario e per eventuali esigenze Pasquale e la signora Rosa sono sempre disponibilissimi e molto gentili. Il parcheggio è all'interno della proprietà e se non si sceglie di spostarsi per visitare altro è possibile dimenticarsi dell'auto. Generalmente ci spostiamo molto per visitare altre spiagge ma con la bellezza e comodità della spiaggia vicina (basta attraversare la strada) non ne vale molto la pena. Abbiamo comunque visitato Vignanotica e Porto Greco. E' poi possibile andare in centro a Vieste anche con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare (35minuti - 3km) così si evita anche lo stress da parcheggio. Appartamento in cui tornare sicuramente e che consiglierò di certo

Man hätte können.....
Die Wohnung welche sehr klein ist wahr sehr sauber und kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Manko ist die ungenaue Beschreibung und das Fehlen eines Wasserkochers, und oder italienischer Espressomaschine, und einer Mikrowelle. Ich habe dieses Appartement ausgewählt weil ich las das die Vermieter sehr unaufdringlich wären was ich jedoch nicht nicht so empfunden habe da der/die Vermieter jeden Tag einem 1-2 Std. vor der Terrasse auf und ab liefen um ihre Anlage in Schuss zu halten. Was mich ebenfalls gestört hat war die Überwachungskamera direkt über unserer Terrasse. Ansonsten hatten wir einen entspannten Urlaub mit optimaler Lage zum Strand. Gerne wieder einmal.

Nahezu perfekt
Rosa und Pasquale sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles gut nur die Kücheneinrichtung ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas dürftig. Kein Schneidebrett,Micro,Backofen,Wasserkocher. Die lage ist hervorragend zum Meer 2 Minuten. Gerne komme ich wieder

semplicemente perfetto!!
che dire, semplicemente perfetto!! cominciamo con i padroni di casa: sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, ma mai invadenti. Pasquale molto gentile e la Sig.ra Rosa una vera mamma! L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, si trova in fondo al lungomare dove si può decidere se stare sulla spiaggia o sulle rocce, inoltre è fuori dal caos ma comunque comodo perchè a pochi passi si trovano diversi market. L'appartamento è invece provvisto di tutto, ma cmq in caso di bisogno di qualcosa cosa basta chiedere senza problemi. Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di verandina dove, nel nostro caso, poter godere della vista del mare al di là della strada. Come ho già sottolineato è molto comodo, il mare si trova di fronte. Basta attraversare la strada. Un'altra cosa che vorrei far notare che ritengo sia molto importante è il parcheggio all'interno della struttura con le telecamere e il cancello sempre chiuso. Ai clienti viene data la chiave così da poter essere liberi. Per noi che ci spostiamo in moto saperla al sicuro ci ha dato tanta tranquillità. Segnalo anche che il posto è perfetto anche per chi si muove con il cane, sia per la comodità dell'appartamento sia perchè anche in spiaggia c'è una certa libertà che ormai è difficile da trovare. Quindi consiglio questo posto, spero di tornarci l'anno prossimo!!

Specchietto per le allodole.
appartamento prenotato a marzo 2019 per soggiorno dal 10 al 24 agosto 2019. Ampia veranda con giardino attrezzato in comune con altri villeggianti. A sorpresa mi trovo alloggiato sul retro in un vialetto sterrato e con vegetazione invasiva e piena di mal bianco mentre la veranda è risultata dimezzata rispetto alle foto pubblicate dall'agenzia. I proprietari, madre e figlio (il gatto e la volpe) arroganti e scostanti,asseriscono che per loro non era differente agli altri appartamenti. La cosa più grave è che hanno preteso il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in denaro contante e senza rilasciare ricevuta. Ometto di descrivere altre piccole ma importanti cose. D istinti saluti anche all'agenzia che, probabilmente, si è prestata a questa brutta sorpresa pubblicando le foto come specchietto per le allodole.

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe eines lebhaften Strandes
Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben alle Informationen. Tipps nützlich. Der Strand ist sandig und im Teil vor der Wohnung fast leer.

Soggiorno a Vieste
Casa situata in una posizione perfetta, a soli 50 m circa dalla spiaggia, pienamente accessibile e comoda. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto cordiali ed estremamente disponibili (mettendo anche a nostra disposizione un lettino per neonati e una vaschetta per il bagnetto). E' anche presente un piccolo giardino comune attrezzato con sedie e tavolini e un dondolo. E' stata una bella esperienza!

Casa piccolina ma funzionale e molto pulita. Un po' distante dal centro ma a 30 m dalla spiaggia del Castello. Rosa è molto gentile e disponibile a dare ottimi suggerimenti. Consigliato!

Sehr angenehmes Feriendomizil - wir mieten es sobald wie möglich wieder ! ! !
Herr Pasquale Bua als Vermieter dieses Appartements ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es ist die Ferienunterkunft, die sich jeder wünscht, da man unweit vom Strand gelegen zugleich auch in der Nähe im Zentrum des schönen Ferienstädtchens Vieste shoppen und bummeln, oder vielmehr: die liebenswerte mittelalterliche Altstadt treppauf, treppab durch Torbögen und Gässchen erkunden kann.

Vacanza in totale relax e silenzio!!!
Vieste è bellissima,con tanti locali alla portata di qualsiasi tasca:la casa ha il grande vantaggio di essere alla fine del lungomare E.Fermi, quindi lontana dalla confusione serale;è piccolina,dal mobilio semplice ma molto pulita, funzionale e silenziosa, adatta ad una famiglia con un bambino fino a max 10 anni.Si trova di fronte al mare, davvero a pochissimi passi! e ci ha consentito di fare il bagno al tramonto,data la vicinanza ed il fatto di non dover utilizzare la macchina(posto macchina all'interno del cancello e all'ombra). I proprietari- ed in particolare Pasquale-sono molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Veramente una bella vacanza che probabilmente ripeteremo nei prossimi anni.Grazie dell'attenzione.
