Private villa with swimming pool a few steps from the bay of San Lorenzo in a park of 1600 square meters available, of which 700 square meters of lawn / solarium and the rest small olive grove.
The villa is divided into two units, a villa adjacent to the pool with two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), living room and bathroom, and a sitting room where a sofa can accommodate a bed.
Another unit is an outbuilding with double bed, bathroom and patio adjacent to the olive grove.
