The guard on duty and everyone in general are very hospitable and respectful. They help you with your needs to ensure you have a comfortable and efficient stay not just at their hotel but also in Vigan.
The hotel room was quite outdated in interiors. The room we had on the first night was okay but the bathroom was leaking to the floor below us so we had to move rooms. The room we moved into had a very uncomfortable bed, the bathroom door was broken, no mini refrigerator, the tv was not good. I strongly recommend that they improve this place because the location is amazing. Such a waste to lose clients over something that can be improved.
It is not what I expected. We came from an exhausting 9 hour drive expecting that we can have a good place to stay for two nights but didn’t not. They gave us a terrible room, the room was outside the building and it is near the parking area, worst washroom ever, suffocating room, and they don’t make up and clean the room. They serve cold coffee. I’m not sure if their machine is working properly.but some of the staff are nice and polite. Overall it’s the worst hotel I have been to. I won't stay in this hotel or recommend it to someone because it’s embarrassing and disappointing.
Hotel has a old but beautiful Vigan charm. It is very close to city proper and is actually one block away from Calle Crisologo. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious. It is exactly as described. Will recommend it to others.
Hotel is located very close to Calle Crisologo and other places of interest in Vigan. Like other hotels in the area, it looks to have been a family home that was converted to a hotel. There are only 2 levels so the absence of a lift is not a deal-breaker. The kids loved the loft beds in the family room. The room and bathroom were clean. However, it would be better if a mat was provided so the rest of the bathroom will remain dry after guests take a shower.
Breakfast was adequate but you have to communicate your choice the day before to the staff. Free coffee and tea is available anytime at the dining area.

Nice close to everything
Bad air conditioning & no signal for WiFi terrible
Everything was really nice. We had so much fun. The free breakfast here is the best, the coffee was amazing and the food was wonderful as well.
In Vigan, after a while you, you really can't do much so you should go to Ilocos Norte for some other experiences like the sand dunes and the waterfalls. :)
I love the antique look of the place. We actually intentionally brought some olden costumes so we can take pictures, Imagining that we were actually taking the picture during the Spanish Era. I will stay again at my Vigan Home. I loved it. The only suggestion I have is the hot water. It wasn't as hot as i wanted it to be. Otherwise, it was an excellent place. I reserved one family room and a regular room. Service was excellent
The hotel is interesting because of its Spanish heritage but the facilities need to be modernised. The bathroom door knob is broken, there’s no hot water, not enough hangers in the closet and the blanket is very thin for an air-conditioned room. The tv has a poor reception and there are cobwebs behind the room door. The hotel staff, though, are very helpful and attentive.
I chose My Vigan Hotel for one reason only, it its near to the famous calle crisologo.. i dont want to stay on the hotels along the said street because for me it's too crowded. My Vigan Hotel is one of the perfect spot. Once you walk out the calle crisologo, you can feel the calmness of the area. The hotel itself is perfect on what i am expecting. Staff are accommodating and helpful.
My minor comments is the breakfast. No other choice except on what you have reserved night before. I think they should open their kitchen to more other choices. but aside from this, my experience with the hotel is perfect!
Thanks to the Hotel TEAM.

For a converted old house it was fine. Homey place.
Our stay with my family was very pleasant. Location is very convenient in the middle of the tourist area. The staff are very courteous. The breakfast is very good.

At the heart of it all.
Hotel has a very good location being in the center of the Heritage Village so we did not have to take our cars when going around. It has its own parking space within the hotel compound, which is a plus factor for us. Exterior and common areas are well maintained and will give you a genuine feel of a Vigan home. Bathroom however needs to be detailed or renovated. Hotel staff were very warm & accommodating.
This hotel is a renovated/restored Spanish era house. It's what Vigan is known for and you get to experience staying in one of those historic buildings. The Hotel is a block away from the famous Calle Crisologo, near a lot of eating places, and souvenir shops.
