O hotel está situado em um ótimo lugar, o staff é gentil e atencioso, o café da manhã é excelente, mas a estrutura dos quartos deixa a desejar. Nossa cama não era de casal e sim duas camas e os colchões estavam tortos, para quem tem problema de coluna como eu, foi uma experiência horrível dormir. As varandas não tem cadeiras, o que torna o espaço inútil para ser apreciado. Não há ventilador de teto ou ar-condicionado, isso no verão é um problema grande, passamos calor durante o dia e tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta da sacada para poder entrar algum vento e refrigerar o ambiente, correndo o risco de encontrar algum animal silvestre durante a noite. O lugar é perfeito, mas o dinheiro gasto em uma diária e tendo este retorno não vale a pena voltar.

The sheets is really dirty,I think that they never waste the sheet, and the heater is so small. Not enough to warm the room ~ the breakfast only have two hot food ! Sausages and egg.

The Shining
This was a bit like 'The Shining'--an enormous hotel and we seemed to be almost the only guests. They said it was off season (Dec), but it was strange. Add to that the Bavarian/Swiss Alps architecture and the fodue restaurants, and it is a truly odd--and good--experience.

Hotel simplesmente incrível! Um castelo no meio da natureza. Pontos positivos: Tudo perfeito, deste a recepção e atenção dos funcionários até o quarto que possui uma vista deslumbrante. Amplo, espaçoso, com uma ducha maravilhosa. Cama confortável, somente os travesseiros que deixam um pouco a desejar. Café da manhã impecável. Uma ótima opção para fugir da agitação do dia a dia. Pontos negativos: Infelizmente os apartamentos não possuem um sistema que bloqueia o som dos demais apartamentos, o que atrapalha o conforto e o descanso. Ouve-se tudo o que conversam nos demais apartamentos. E por nossa infelicidade havia no quarto do lado uma criança que fazia birra a madrugada inteira e os pais faziam uma algazarra para tentar acalmar. Isso atrapalha um pouco o descanso dos demais hóspedes. Creio que seria de bom senso dos pais pedirem um apartamento mais afastado em casos assim, visto que é complicado conter uma criança as vezes por questões de problemas de saúde ou mesmo por birra sem uma razão que é o que notamos. Mas super recomendamos o hotel e voltaremos com certeza. Fim de semana inesquecível!

Hotel grande e movimentado. Pouco pessoal na recepção e com preparo a desejar pois a mesma me chamou de moço . Mobilia antiga. Não é aconchegante. O quarto é de dois pavimentos com escada de madeira barulhenta. TV'S ok, tinha lareira mas nao usamos. Tinha aquecedor no quarto e aquecedor de colchão. O colchao e travesseiro sâo ruins Banheiro bom e mini cozinha. Agua de R$7,00! Bastante longe da vila Capivari. Tem que ir de taxi -90 reais ida e volta. Uber geralmente nao vai ate lá. Nao ficaria novamente.
